How Evm can steal votes using Light Intensity Sensor in a way all alert voters will "see" paper cutting and dropping?

(1)Evm has light intensity sensor. So EVM knows whether voter is NOT standing or voter is still standing

.

(2) Say light intensity when voter isnt standing is 10000 lumen.

(3) When voter comes, he will block some light. So less light will fall on sensor. Say light intensity on sensor is now 5000 lumen

(4) Now say voter leaves immidiatety after voting. Then light intensity is again 10000 lumen

(5) So if light intensity 3 seconds after button press is is same as before, then that means voter has left. So if his vote is stolen, then no one will know. If light insensity is still lower than before voter came, then voter is standing. So dont steal his vote. Show him paper cutting and dropping

Now only 10% voters wait to 10 seconds to see cutting. So these 10% votes will NOT be stolen. But 90% voters leave right after button press. So software knows that voter is not standing there to see. So if his voter is not there, then his vote can be stolen and no one will know !!!
