How to cancel VoteBandhi in Bihar? use art-328 of constitution

 All voters of Bihar must ask Bihar CM and all Bihar MLAs to put a govt bill or private member to cancel VoteBandhi in Bihar Vidhansbhai.

art-328 of Bharatiya Constutution says

(328) Subject to the provisions of this Constitution and in so far as provision in that behalf is not made by Parliament, the Legislature of a State may from time to time by law make provision with respect to all matters relating to, or in connection with, the elections to the House or either House of the Legislature of the State including the preparation of electoral rolls and all other matters necessary for securing the due constitution of such House or Houses. .

(328) इस संविधान के उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए और जहां तक संसद् इस निमित्त उपबंध नहीं करती है वहां तक, किसी राज्य का विधान-मंडल समय-समय पर, विधि द्वारा, उस राज्य के विधान-मंडल के सदन या प्रत्येक सदन के लिए निर्वाचनों से संबंधित या संसक्त सभी विषयों के संबंध में, जिनके अंतर्गत निर्वाचक-नामावली तैयार कराना और ऐसे सदन या सदनों का सम्यक् गठन सुनिाश्चित करने के लिए अन्य सभी आवश्यक विषय हैं, उपबंध कर सकेगा .

Now VoteBandhi rules are not ordered by Parliament. So art-328 says that if a law or a rule is not made by Parliament and made by ECI alone, then Vidhansabha can void it and make an alternate law or rule. Parliament is above Vidhansabha, but as per art-328 , Vidhansabha is above ECI. So if Vidhansabha voids votebandhi, then, unless Parliament ratifies it, the votebandhi rules become legally void. Or, ECI will have to approach supreme court or Parliament to void the law passed by Bihar Vidhansabha.  So fine, let SCjs decide. At least some progress will happen on political side

So voters and activists of Bihar must ask ALL MLAs to put a private member bill , using art-328, to void votebandhi. And declare that existing rules ie rules as on 15-jun-2025 , to make  and amend voterlist will be final till Vidhansabha or Parliament amends it.

Summary : GM plants will denutritionalize and Toxify even organic plant food. But denutrionalizing organic milk is expensive and toxifying organic milk is impossible. So social media owners are promoting vegan influencers !!

(1) Bill Gates, Zuckerberg etc are are promoting 10s of coorks like Vishwaroop Chhote Gandhi, his colleague Manish etc who always badmouth milk including organic desi cow milk. Why is Bill Gates against milk including organic desi cow milk?

(2) Because using GM tech, its possible to DENUTRINIONAIZE and TOXIFY plant food even in organic fom, but its NOT possible to DENUTRINIONAIZE milk beound a point and impossible to TOXIFY milk !!!

(3) DENUTRITIONALIZING : Now Bill Gates etc want food to have as less nutrients as possible, as less medicinal nutrients as possible and also add toxins. Eg GM Haldi has no great smell, but no medicinal value !!! In GM Garlic, all chemicals good for heart are gone. And many GM Papita has more sugar, but no health value And California Badam has no plus point of original badaam. And GM kesar cab be grown inside home, and has no benefist that original kesar gives. And soon, GM plans will grow in tubelight and will need no sunlight !!! But they all have zero nutrition and medicinal value I am coining term - DENUTRITIONALIZING plant food ie remove nutients from plants using GM tech.

(4) TOXIFICATION : Thats not all. Bill Gates are are also promoting BT Baigan, BT Kheera etc. These plant foods have toxins. I have termed this as TOXIFICATION of plant food.

(5) So these GM plant food, even if they are grown organically, will have low nutrients and high toxins. . (6) All these foods make people weaker, reduce their physical and intellectual strength, less prone to rebel and more dependent on medicine. And increase medicine sale. We all saw how corona vaccine has increased medicine sales. But no need for such injections now. The plant food itself will have low nutrition and poor medicinal ingredients, that even organically grown food will be poor.

(7) But no matter how one tries, it is difficult to reduce nutrients in milk. Denutritionalizing milk will need one to first weaken the cow and increases death rate and decreases milk output, and make whole operation expensive. And impossible to add toxins in milk which is coming out, because that wil just kill the cow.

This is primary reason why YT is promoting people like BRC Chhote Gandhi and his friend Manish. They all say good that was known for 5000 years !! But after making 10 correct statements, theior 11th statement will be "desi organic cow milk is also bad for health" !!!

These people know that by bad mouthing milk, YT owners will increase their visibility and their business will grow.

Solution. SaJaKiBe and KhaMBa will reduce strengths of these Rothschilde, Bill Gates etc crooks. And RTR Health Minister will end denutritionalization and toxification of food.

(1)Evm has light intensity sensor. So EVM knows whether voter is NOT standing or voter is still standing

.

(2) Say light intensity when voter isnt standing is 10000 lumen.

(3) When voter comes, he will block some light. So less light will fall on sensor. Say light intensity on sensor is now 5000 lumen

(4) Now say voter leaves immidiatety after voting. Then light intensity is again 10000 lumen

(5) So if light intensity 3 seconds after button press is is same as before, then that means voter has left. So if his vote is stolen, then no one will know. If light insensity is still lower than before voter came, then voter is standing. So dont steal his vote. Show him paper cutting and dropping

Now only 10% voters wait to 10 seconds to see cutting. So these 10% votes will NOT be stolen. But 90% voters leave right after button press. So software knows that voter is not standing there to see. So if his voter is not there, then his vote can be stolen and no one will know !!!

Chemicals used in making sugar , and PM CMs give subsidies to sugar mill to add these chemicals !!!

Jggery is made by merely heating sugarcane juice so that much of the water evaporates and solid remains. And a very small quantity of salt is added to reduce bacteria/fungus growth and also give some salty taste, because too sweet taste sometimes reduces appeal. No chemicals, except some samudri salt or senda salt are added in raw jaggery. Whereas factory sugar is made by adding 10s of chemicals in this jaggery water. And even after removal of these chemicals, traces of these chemicals are present and may be doing unknown damage to health. In addition, there is a huge investment in machinery and labor. Despite this, sugar is cheaper than raw jaggery because of subsidies given by PM CMs to these sugar mills. And PM CMs have printed laws that make raw jaggery business expensive

Now sugar factory owners may be using chemicals more than limits written by PM CMs. And worse, say PM CMs allowed sugar factory ownes to use chemical-A. And say there is a chmical-B which has higher toxity, but is cheaper and gives same effect, Then sugar factory owner may illegally use chemical-B. Such chemicals are not in following list

Anyway, here is some of the chemicals that PM CMs have legally allowed sugar factory owners to use to. There are many more.

(01) Sulfur Dioxide : This gas is used as a bleaching agent and preservative to improve the color and shelf life of sugar.

(02) Phosphoric Acid : This acid is used to adjust the pH of the sugar solution and to precipitate impurities.

(03) Formaldehyde : Sanitation Chemical

(04) Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate  : Viscosity Reducer

(05) Polyacrylamide (PAM) :  This is a polymer flocculant that aids in the aggregation of suspended particles. It is one of the most widely used flocculants in sugar processing because of its effectiveness and relatively low toxicity when properly used.

(06) Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) : Though more commonly used in water treatment, PAC can sometimes be used in sugar clarification as a coagulant and flocculant due to its high efficacy in settling suspended particles.

(07) Lime: Used to adjust the pH of the sugar solution and to precipitate impurities.

(08) Poly DADMAC (Polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride) :  Colour Precipitants

(09) Poly AMINE polymers : Colour Precipitants

(10) Phosphonic acid based antiscalants (e.g., HEDP, ATMP) : Evaporator Antiscalant

(11) Polymeric antiscalants : Evaporator Antiscalants

(12) Polyacrylamide : Mud Settling Agent 

(13) Ferric chloride : Mud Settling Agent 

(14) Polymeric dispersants : Viscosity Reducer

(15) Chlorine : Sanitation Chemical

(16) Quaternary ammonium compounds : Sanitation Chemical

(17) Hydrochloric Acid : Used to adjust the pH of the sugar solution.

(18) Sodium Hydroxide : Used to neutralize the acid in the sugar solution.

(19) Carbon Dioxide : Used to carbonate the sugar solution, which helps to remove impurities.

(20) Vegetable Oils : Natural oils like canola oil, soybean oil, and sunflower oil can act as mild antifoaming agents, especially in food production where chemical-based agents might be restricted.

(21) Polypropylene Glycol (PPG) : Used in certain food processing applications, PPG is a non-silicone defoamer that is effective in sugar processing. It is generally food-safe at specific concentrations.

(22) Polyethylene Glycol Esters : These are also used in the food industry as antifoaming agents and are compatible with most food processing systems.

(23) Aluminum Sulfate (Alum) : Alum is occasionally used as a flocculant in the initial stages of sugar clarification. It helps in binding suspended particles, which can then be filtered out.

(24) Ferric Chloride : Though less common, ferric chloride is sometimes used as a flocculant in sugar refining for its effectiveness in coagulating impurities.

In addition, to reduce raw jaggery trade, PM CMs have printed laws such as : 

(01) say rotten sugar or any food is found in warehouse of a shopkeeper then there is no fine. Fine is only if he tries to sell it

(02) say rotton jaggery is found in warehouse. Then immidiately laws applicable to illegal liquor sales are applied !!! And they include non bailable warrants !! 

So traders dont keep raw jaggery and insist addition of "preservatives"  which PM CMs have certified as "safe". 

Also,, till 1990, almost anyone was free to make sugarcane juice and make jaggery. After 1990s, PM CMs started imposing restrictions prohibitinh on making jaggery and also using of farm land to make sugarcane juice. Because making sugar juice is "industrial activity" and using agricultiral land for industrial purpose without permission is "illegal" as per PM CMs !!!

So using plethora of laws, PM CMs have defacto mkade raw jaggery production difficult and thus expensive

So solution I propose is : 

(04) directly deposit all subsidies given to sugar mills and sugar farmers in accounts of 95 crore adult Bharatiya citizens. Pls send "deposit sugar subsidies in citizen account : name or voterid" to PMCares@sbi via UPI by paying re 1. Or send postcard to PM with this message

Voter will see printing and cutting of slip, and yet paper vote theft will happen. HOW ? Vvpat Light Sensor !!!

Govt vvpat has a intensity light sensor. .So following is way how software can fool voters

.

(1) So the program will note light intensity when Banana candidate vote button is pressed on BU by voter 

. 

(2) if light intensity after 3 seconds increases, then it means - voter has left. So steal the vote !!! . 

(3) if light intensity doesnt decrease for 3 seconds, then it means - voter may not have left. Voter may or may not be watching. So do NOT steal the vote !!! . 

.

Now lets look at whole sequence. 

.

If a voter is "seeing", then he will be in front of VVPAT. So light sensor will not register decrease in light intensity for 3 seconds after voting. So EVM program knows that voter may be watching. So program decides not to not steal his vote. And so program will show printing, still, cutting and dropping - all with light FULL ON. 

. 

And if voter leaves after pressing BU, then senror inside vvpat will register increase in light intensity. So software now knows that voter is no longer watching. And software knows that if vote is stolen, then no onw will know. 

.

So say 1000 voters voted all for Banana. Say 50 voters "waited to see". They will see printing, cutting and dropping. And these 50 votes will NOT be stolen. But remaining 950 voters did NOT wait to see. So upto 950 banana votes can be stolen !!! if not 950, then say 800 votes can be stolen,. Not bad !!! .

In short, light sensor inside VVPAT can be used to steal votes of all the "non-seeing" voters. .

And convince all 1% alert voters that no vote stealing is happening !!! .
