But Mumbai policemen recently arrest some 50-100 or more couples from hotel rooms. In many cases, the policemen collected fines of Rs 1200 by slapping "indecency in public" clause !!! And in some cases, they called the parents of the couples.

It goes without saying that in many cases, the policemen would have collected a good bribe before letting the couple walk away. After all, if the arrested man and woman are both married, but not to each other, and if they want to keep their names confidential, then they better cough up enough bribes.

Some 37% of the bribes that the policemen collected from couples went to MH CM.
.
NaMo doesnt take money from MH CM. But NaMo has taken huge favors from paidmediamen and needs to pay back. So MH CM , like all Ministers, are told to pay paidmediamen.

Illegal poisonous hooch that killed some 100-200 people is available rampantly. Policemen have no time to stop such hooch. To that, add 100s of unsolved theft / violence cases. Again, policemen have no time to solve such cases. But policemen find plenty of time to raid hotels and arrest couples !!!

Its easy to see why policemen and Ministers like Fadanavis want to do moral policing. Basically, this will force hotel owners to pay more bribes and in turn , they will raise room rents !!!

हाँ मेरा पार्षद उम्मीदवार नामांकन निरस्त हो गया |
फॉर्म में दी जानकारी इतनी सामान्य थी कि मैने किसी और की सहायता नहीं ली | गड़बड़ मात्र इतनी सी हुई कि 5 प्रस्तावक का नाम हस्ताक्षर, मतदाता क्रं. व भाग सं. में 2 प्रस्तावक का ही सब लिखा 3 प्रस्तावक का समयाभाव में लिस्ट में नाम नहीं मिल रहा था तो मैनें सोचा 2 की जानकारी ही बहुत है और निर्वाचन अधिकारी को जमा करवा दिया | भीड़ ज्यादा होने से मुझे गलती से अवगत नहीं करवा पाये |
अगले दिन आवेदन निरस्त का कारण प्रस्तावकों का पूर्ण जानकारी नहीं होना बता निरस्त कर दिया |

RSS-apex in 1925 also told activists to stay away from politics !!! And so a large number of nationalists stayed away from politics and that reduced the number of volunteers Subhashchandra Bose.

Today also, RSS-middle-level screens the activists. And if they think that activist will NOT tow BJP line i.e. pro-elitemen anti-common anti-RTR anti-Jury etc then that activist is asked to stay away from politics. And if the RSS-activist is likely to tow BJP-line, then he is asked to join politics !!!

Yes, one reason why simple mistake happened in election form was because RSS-apex tells RSS-middle-officers NOT to explain RSS-activist how to fill election form !!! That way, they can reduce the chances that activist will become an independent candidate !!!

Cow , Hinduism etc are fine. But RSS-apex will never inform RSS-activists about law-drafts by which cows can be saved and number of DESI cows can be increased. Nor does RSS-apex informs RSS-actiiists about law-drafts that can free temples from govt control and make Hinduism stronger. The RSS-apex only wants to keep RSS-activists away from politics and law-making

जब नगर परिषद चुनाव के लिये आवेदन कर रहा था तो संघ विचारों का सत्यापन हुआ | 
मेरा बहुत बड़ा सर्कल संघ मित्रों का हैं | मुझे किसी ने कहा संघ व्यक्तियों को राजनिति से परहेज करवाता है उसकी ब्रॉच बीजेपी के बाहर सोचना ही नहीं |
जब कलेक्टर कार्यालय में पार्षद चुनाव का आवेदन के लिये पूछताछ कर रहा था | वरिष्ठ संघ कार्यकर्ता ने 
मुझसे कहा. " क्या चुनाव का फालतू काम कर रहे हो | यह अपना काम थोड़े है | राजनिति कीचड़ है | स्वंमसेवक को तो राष्ट्र की सेवा करनी है | " फिर मेरे वकील मित्र जो कि संघ के ही वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ता है उनको यह बात बतायी | तो वकिल सा. का कहना था कि "संघ वाले यही चाहेगें कि उनका कार्यकर्ता हमेशा संघ का ही काम करे राजनैतिक जागरुक न बने |"
मेरी बात पर यदि किसी को विश्वास न हो तो स्वंमसेवक अपने वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ता के सामने मांग रखे ति मुझे चुनाव लड़ना हैं...... कोई सा भी चुनाव हो |

आज एक आम आदमी नितिनभाई के साथ क्या हुआ? पढ़िए पूरी घटना|

आज शाम को आयोजन नगर ब्रिज के पास से नितिनभाई बारोट गुजर रहे थे और वहा दो युवाओ को पुलिस के साथ नोंकजोंक करते देखा| पुलिसवाले दोनों को पुलिस जिप में बैठने के लिए बोल रहे थे|

वहा रुक के पुछा तो पता चला की दोनों को १०० रुपये का जुरमाना लगाया है और दोनों युवाने १०० रुपये का जुरमाना भरदेने के बाद, किस जुर्म में जुर्माना लगाया है उसके बारे में पूछा था| परिपत्र दिखाने के लिए पूछा ताकी वो जान सके की जुर्माना की जो कलम लगाई है वो सही है और जुर्माने की रकम सही है| इतनी सी बात पे पुलिसवालों के दोनों को गाडी में बैठ जाओ, पुलिस स्टेशन चलो वहा दिखाते है कहा|

इतना सुनके एक युवा डर गया और भाग खड़ा हुआ| जब की दूसरा डटा रहा और पुलिस स्टेशन चलने के लिए राजी हो गया| पुलिसने नितिनभाई बारोट को आम आदमी का साथ देने के लिए उन्हें भी पुलिस स्टेशन चलने के लिए कहा|

वेजलपुर पुलिस स्टेशन में पुलिस इस्पेक्टरने नितिनभाई को परिपत्र पुलिस स्टेशन में नहीं होता आप इन्टरनेट पे जा के चेक करो, ऐसा कहा| यानी ना तो पुलिसने फील्ड में कानून की जानकारी दी न ही पुलिस स्टेशन में|

पुलिस, ट्राफिक पुलिस आपके किस कलम के जुर्म में कितना रूपया दंड करती है क्या ये पूछना गुना है? अगर है तो वही गुनाह नितिनभाई बारोटने किया|

PI वालंदने तो यहा तक कहा की पुलिस 100 से लेकर 500 तक जुर्माना ले सकती है और वो पुलिस तय करती है|

जब नितिनभाई पटेलने कहा की पुलिस आम आदमी को क्यों कानून की जानकारी नहीं देती है? कौन सी कलम क्या होती है और कितना जुर्माना होता है वो कैसे पता चलेगा? तो वेजलपुर PI वालंद भड़क गए और नितिनभाई को बहार जाने के बोला| अपने अफसरों को नितिनभाई को बहार निकालने के लिए कहा| नितिनभाई ने इस पर कहा की ये पब्लिक प्रॉपर्टी है तो आप ऐसा कैसे कह सकते हो? आम आदमी को हक नहीं की वो लगाये जुर्माने की जानकारी मांग सके? तो PI वालंद खुद खड़े हो गए और नितिनभाई को धक्के मार के पहले ऑफिस से और बाद में परिसर से बहार निकाला| उनके साथ जो युवा था जो रिकॉर्डिंग कर रहा था उसका फ़ोन दुसरे पुलिसवालेने छीन लिया और वीडियो डिलीट करने की कोशिश की| ताकी पुलिस की गुंडागर्दी का किसी को पता न चले| लेकिन जिस पुलिस को कानून की सही नोलेज नहीं उन्हें मोबाईल की नोलेज कैसे होगी! इसी बिच PI वालंद, नितिनभाई को धक्के मारके पुलिस स्टेशन की पार्किंग तक पहुंचा चुके थे| और वापस आते हुए उस युवा को भी बहार फेंकने को कहा| पार्किंग में २०-२५ पुलिसवालोने घेर लिया जैसे की कोई आतंकवादी घुस आया हो और नितिनभाई का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस मांगने लगे| जब ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस की कॉपी दिखाई तो पुलिसवाले उनसे बत्तमीजी भरे स्वर में कहने लगे ओरिजिनल कहा है? नितिनभाई ने कहा घर पे| तो वे और चिल्लाये की घर पे क्यों है? RC बुक दिखाओ| उस युवा से भी द्रविंग लाइसेंस माँगा गया और जब उसने दिखाया तो एक पुलिसवाले ने कहा की ड्राविंग लाइसेंस जप्त कर लो| तो दुसरे पुलिसवाले ने जप्त भी कर लिया| युवाने पुछा की किस जुर्म में? तो बहस छिड़ गयी और एक पुलिसवालेने दोनों का ड्राविंग लाइसेंस देते हुई "भागो यहा से" कहके नितिनभाई और उस युवा को धक्के मारे|

और दोनों वहा से निकल गए|

कल कमिश्नर ऑफ़ ऑफिस अहमदाबाद की ऑफिस दोपहर 3 बजे फरियाद लिखवाने जा रहे है| सभी से निवेदन है की ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगो को लेकर CP Office 3 बजे पहोंचे|

और पुलिस की ऐसी गुंडागर्दी के खिलाफ आवाज उठाये|

एक सवाल : ट्राफिक पुलिस आपका चलन काटती है तो क्या कौन सी कलम के कितने रुपये होते है, क्या आप को पता होता है? अगर आप पुलिस को कानून की कलम, जो आप पे लगाई जा रही है उसकी जानकारी मांगे तो आप को देनी चाहिए की नहीं? क्या आप बिना कलम के जानकारी के ही साइन करते है?

जरूर सोचिये| ये लड़ाई वो युवा या नितिनभाई की नहीं है, बल्कि "आम आदमी" की है|

I have been requesting RTR-draft-supporters to contest elections in Municipality , Assembly as well as Parliament since 2008. So far , only person (myself) has contested election. And two persons have committed to contest election in next 6 months --- Aditya Anand , and Ashok Jain . And one more , namely Rakesh Suri has promised to contest sometimes in future.

As more and more people contest elections to publicize RTR-drafts, JurySys-drafts , wealth-tax-drafts, opposing VAT / GST , more and more voters will come to know about these drafts.

And voters will support these drafts ONLY if they come to know about these drafts.

If voters support these drafts, then will become difficult for SoMoKe and CoBhAp-leaders to oppose these drafts and so chances that these drafts will pass will increase.
