Why PSUs , Army , DRDO etc dont take campus interview at IITs and other apex collges etc?

Supreme Court has instructed all PSUs that they must recruit ALL staff after giving newspaper advt and taking exams or interviews of all those who apply. 
.
The judgment has some merit that PSUs must treat every candidate equally. 
.
What DRDO etc can do is take a mock competitive tests inside IIT etc and give cash rewards for those who pass. And based on the results of the students, they can tell students their chances of getting recruited in DRDO if they were to apply in the real test. And DRDO etc can also announce high rewards for all those who come in say top 200 in their actual tests, whether they join or not. And DRDO should also give advertisements in IIT's internal student's magazines etc when tests are due.

And this applies for not just IITs , but a large number of good colleges, where almost every student gets absorbed in campus interview . Here in employer *will* have to take efforts to reach to the students.

This will increase interest of students of apex colleges in all PSUs.

Also, the good General should know that his party is biggest beneficiery of paidmediamen. All interviews of BJP leaders including NaMo had always been paidinterviews. Otherwise journalists would have asked tough questions . And yes, true that paid-Arnab is a paidmediamen and paid-Indian-express is paid-newspaper. But same arnab increased NaMo's vote share by doing a paidinterview of NaMo before elections.

How Lee Kuan Yew aka LKY turned around Singapore in a simple way --- by de-facto handing it over to British !!! And effects --- Singapore was less than $ Christian in 1960 and now its 20% Christian, and whole economy of Singapore is now under British, American, Japanese and European companies.

In 1920s, British developed a technqiue to promote leaders who would speak big time against British , but would take steps that would be highly beneficial to British. Duratma Gandhi was the most well product in this category. His speeches were virulently anti-British . Hearing such speeches will vent out anger of Indians , but actions of Duratma Gandhi would convert them Indians into harmless slogan shouters and harmless social workers. 
.
Later , the technique evolved to promoting leaders whom superficially,m West would oppose and the leader would also maintain anti-Western posture. But his economic policies will favor Western interets to the extent that locals will become un-industrialized. But it was necessary that West appears as someone who is stopping that leader and people think that leader is coming ahead despite opposition of West !!!

LKY aka Lee Kuan Yew was one such leader. An anti-West posture, and West also showed occssisonal displeasure. And West would also create show that West is trying to weaken LKY. But all along, LKY and West did immense benefit each other !! And LKY benefitted West to the extent that his policies completely de-insutrialized Singapore. 
.
Singapore today is nation of corporate headquarters and traders ONLY. There is NO manufacturing in Singapore, forget weapon manufacturing. Compare this with Israel, which has massive weapon manufacturing as well as manufacturing base. 
.
The key points to notice in history of Singapore from 1960 onwards was --- what stopped Malaysia and Indeonesia from taking over Singapore 50-50 ? The answer is --- westeren powers. The Western powers manipulated leaders leaders of Malaysia as well Indonesia from inside , and provided a de-facto military over to Singapore to ensure its protection.
.
Later , Western powers and Japan 's economic operations grew in Asia. But all of them were afraid of Military coup and / or communist revolutions in those countries. So they all needed a safe place to keep headquarters and Singapore became the safe choice (and second choice was Hongkong). 
.
LKY practically "outsourced" everything --- from policymaking to operations. The Western companies converted Singapore into a city better managed than any city West. 
.
So whats wrong?
.
Such "giving away" comes with price. The first price is that foreign capital replaces local religions with foreign religions --- no exceptions , no mercy. NaMo-andhbhagats and RSS-workers who go gaga and dance like cheerleaders on FDI rising numbers deliberately evade discussion on this highly uncomfortable truth !! Singapore was less than 4% Christian when LKY tookover in 1960s and now it is over 20% Christian. And growth is "more than 16%" because Christians have LESSER birthrate !!! For rest, pls google on numbers.

Next was --- Western companies finished local manufacturing, and completely finished local weapon manufacturing. Singapore doesnt make gun and doesnt even make bullets or even one gram of gun-powder. Singapore doesnt make any cars or even tyres. Everything is best quality --- but everything is imported.

The MSE = maths / science / engineering education is high --- but in absence of real manufacturing growth science / maths education is pure academic aka hollow only. Like it or not, it is cut throat competition in manufacturing and operations which gives cutting edge to science / maths / engineering college graduates. Without real hands on experience in dog eat dog competition, maths / science / engineering skills of college graduate are similar to karate skills of someone who has seen all Bruce Lee movies 10 times, but never entered a ring.

But then, why didnt West killed MSE = Maths / Science / Engineering education in Singapore after it took over? West did kill MSE education in Philippines. The reason is --- West needed Singapore to remain buoyant otherwise movement to merge with Malaysia would have strengthened. But once West manages to destroy Malaysia , which it will do after West managed to destroy China, they will convert Singapore into a sub-sahara economy. And Singaporeans wont be able to stop the downhill ride, because they are NOT in control of their economy anymore,

Solution?
.
We in India have enough problems that we in India should NOT spend brains and bytes to work out solutions of other countries. So I will skip this part.

But lesson from Singapore is plain old and simple --- foreign capital never does any long term good. And so RSS-workers who go around praising FDI are plain wrong. The solution is to improve LOCAL industries using same methods as USA --- Right to Recall, Jury System, broad based election of 50+ officials instead of appointments, wealth tax, no vat / gst et. etc .

One the first persons who started campaign against MMS's Ramsetu demolition project was Rajiv Dixitjee. But BJP-leaders as well as COngress-leaders dint want him to get any fame, and so they all ordered paidmediamen NOT to give any coverage to Rajiv Dixitjee. But despite complete absence of paidmedia coverage , more and more activists picked up , and campaign against Ramsetu demolition project grew.

Soon, it was evidence that demolition is now IMPOSSIBLE,

But if project was abandoned, then credit would have gone to 1000s of activists particularly Rajiv Dixitjee.

And so Subramanian Swamy came in field to usurp all credit. And whole paidmedia coverage was funded to ensure that he gets all credit and activists get NONE.

The most important reason is --- the elitemen dont want activists and citizens to realize that change comes due to activists and NOT due to fake phony fraud tall leaders like SuSwa and their paidmedia campaigns. NaMo refused to speak even one sentence on rising and rising corruption and nepotism in Supreme judges, high judges, district judges and Magistrates and its SOLUTIONS he proposed --- in his landmark speech made before CMs \ HCCjs \ SCjs !! This was a great disservice to India.

NaMo pushed the whole topic of corruption / nepotism in SCjs, HCjs, Djs and Magistrates under the carpet by saying "others spoke about it , and so I dont want to speak about it !!". Well, first no one has spoken on this , except street and online activists. And PM is the ONLY political person practically immune to prosecution (because prosecution against PM requires permission of PM !!) and so PM is the ONLY person other than ant-like activists who can possibly speak against corruption / nepotism of SCjs, HCjs, DCjs and Magistrates. And PM, sadly, refused to speak by making a silly excuse that "others have spoken" !!

And PM was also supposed to outline the law-drafts he proposes to reduce the mess of corruption and nepotism in SCjs, HCjs DCjs and Magistrates. There was not even a word.

All in all, the speech given to CMs, SCjs , HCCjs was good story telling, and some jibes like "5 star activists", but no focus on REAL problem namely corruption, nepotism, nexuses with lawyers that SCjs, HCjs, DCjs and Magistrates have.

The demand to keep German language came from parents more than Germans. Whereas parents in Germany are NOT demanding Hindi or any Indian language.

But all that is aside. Finallym it should be PARENTS and ONLY PARENTS who decide which languages his child will study. Govt should confine to Hindi, English and local language, The third language should be chosen solely by parents. And Minister should NOT give such snappy dialogues to foreign officials. Some half the HCjs and SCjs became HCjs and SCjs via direct recruitment and NOT via recruitment by written exams and promotions. We citizens should get ALL of them impeached.

ALL Magistrates are recruited by written exams, followed by dubious interview. But at least a written exam is there.

Some 50% District judges are recruited from Magistracy via promotions and rest are HC-lawyers who are directly appointed as DCjs with no open written exams.

Some 50% HCjs are recruited from DCjs via promotion and rest 50% are HC-lawyers and Sc-lawyers who are directly appointed as HCjs with no open written exams.

All SCjs are promoted from HCjs.

So a big % of HCjs and SCjs have come without any written exam but via pure discretionary appointment.

The sugarcane growers have to sell sugarcane to sugarmills who often dont pay them for years. Why is this so? The reason is --- oligopoly in sugarmill ownership.. And the oligopoly is because there are licensing requirements imposed by state / central govt Ministers , which stops NEW sugar and gur mills from coming up and forcing existing one to behave well.

If all licensing requirements are removed, then more sugar and gur mills will come and competition between sugar mills will grow. And so they will make immediate payments to sugarcane growers
.
The restrictions that govt imposes on creation of sugar mills can be removed , if we citizens by FORCE CMs \ PMs to print a gazette notification to do the same. The draft is given here. As more sugarmills come, the farmers will get better treatments.

During may-2014 LS elections, I asked many NaMo-andhbhagats that "how will NaMo manage BJP given that most BJP MPs etc are as corrupt as congress?"/ Their answer was "poorie BJP bekar , ab ki baar Modi sakar" i.e. Modi has magical powers by which he will ensure that all BJP leaders act like his puppets and follow NaMo-agenda ONLY. . NaMo also perpetuated this FACT.

Then next NaMo ordered Paresh Raval to make statement that "temples are one of the dirtiest places of worship". And then NaMo ordered BJP MP to act in movie which insults Hindu seers (the movie will be released in a few days).

Now NaMo ordered Maneka Gandhi to make statement which insults Gorkha soldiers' tradition of buffalo sacrifice. And Army's tradition of parachute sropping animals at very high altitude where taking animals from ground route is too too expensive , and even taking frozen food at such high altitude is expensive. Many soldiers for right or wrong reasons believe that fresh meat in such extreme cold is better food than vegetables or preserved meat,

NaMo's statements implying that "judges are under influence of 5-star activists" are WRONG and a giant COVER UP and a giant MISGUIDE . The problem is corruption in judges , and judges' nexuses with lawyers and particularly relative layers , and lack of Jury System and lack of RTR over judges.

NaMo is implying that mess in judiciary is because judges are influence of some 5-star activists. Well, this is just a cover up and it will damage nation big time. The real problem was that so called lobbies had DIRECT nexuses with judges , or sometimes via their relative lawyers. Hundreds of crores of rupees changes hands. The 5-star activists only acted as front.

NaMo's talking about 5-star activists like like talking about actors of a movie, and ignoring financiers , producers, engineers etc who work to make movie. Its like blaming AmKh for movie PK and ignoring all other actors, saudies funding that movie got, ignoring producers etc.

Election commission's decision to put pictures of candidates will only increase number of spurious candidates in election and is a wrong one. Solution is to add father's name or husband's name and age , along with the name of candidate for "disambiguation".

Also election commission should advertise the fact that NATIONAL parties and STATE parties come in top band and in second band, and independents come in third band. This will reduce the possibility of independents with same name fooling voters.

Many people want fame for sake of it. And if Rs 25000 can tame his picture to 15 lakh voters, then Rs 25000 is worth for them. IOW, number of spurious independents will increase election commission puts picture of candidate on voting machine.

And so if the judge has done right or wrong, we can RIGHTLY say that PM , via his 3 cronies or gentlemen , communicated to the judge that he is gives such and such judgment, then he will get promoted , and otherwise he wont !!!

So if judges speedily disposes a case or delays, then one can RIGHTLY praise or blame PM !!

All in all, MNC-owners and Missionaries job of controlling India became easy . Now they have to blackmail / control judge one person --- PM, and along with ruling partyand executive , then can control half the judiciary as well.

Solution I propose is Right to recall judges and DIRECT election of Chief judges and 4 apex judges in supreme , high and district courts.. And Jury System,.

eg in Texas ---- every judge from Magistrate to Texas Apex Court Chief judge is elected !! And also recallable.

The activists across India should study why AFTER BJP came into power in Gujarat, attendance at RSS shakha started declining to a point that now it has become near zero !!!

First, please check with RSS-volunteers you know in Ahmedabad , Gujarat about statemenst I am making.
.
In 1980s till late 1990s, volunteers' attendance at RSS-shakhas used to be high. And due to RSS-volunteers work and fake or real perceptions they created before voters, and more due to corruption and pro-criminal stand of Congress, BJP came into power. And after BJP came into power, in 1994 , attendance in RSS shakhas started declining. Today, it is near zero.

Now again , please check with RSS-volunteers you know in Ahmedabad , Gujarat about statements I made. Please get their opinion on RSS-shakha attendace today compared to 1980s, 1990s and even early 2000s.

If an IAS , IPS etc so honest , then IMO , he should leave IAS today and join politics. In fact , he should NOT have joined IAS to begin with. (And this applies for all govt jobs except Military).

IAS obtains power on basis of topping an exam , not by will of citizens. Obtaining power by topping an exam is far less bad than obtaining power via inheritance or favoritism or nexuses. But obtaining power via topping exam in general is much "WORSE" than obtaining power by will of people.
.
Obtaining power by topping exam is "worse" compared obtaining power by will of people because power obtain by topping exam gives power to use stick without responsibility of delivering services. When power is obtained by will of people, BOTH things come ---- power to use stick as well as responsibility to deliver a functioning system that can provide services.And they have a good excuse --- it falls outside their domain. Well, then expand you domain by joining politics.

eg if ask Khemka et al "dear sir, why do you chase corruption in transport dept and NOT chase corruption /nepotism / nexuses in supreme court which is 100 times more damaging than petty corruption in transport business?". Then his answer will be "I am bound by the service rules , I cant talk against corruption of judges and nepotism in SCjs is outside by domain". He will cite 100 "valid" excuses that one can write 10 books about. Well, then who except yourself stops you from changing the domain?

To make long story short , Khemka et al should stop complaining and crying and join politics \ activism and try to work WITHOUT paidmedia support and without support of fraud foundation , jundals etc. If they think they have will to reduce corruption , then start with exposing judiciary , PMO , CMO , paidmedia, petrol mafia, mineral mafia, spectrum mafia, customs, excise , income tax , police etc etc approximately in that order . But there is no point chasing transport companies ---- they are way way below in the ladder of corruption.
