Now each time a district / high judge does something right or wrong , we can RIGHTLY praise or blame PM !!! Because 3 gentlemen or cronies appointed by PM , along with 3 senior most cronies or gentlemen in Supreme Court judges, decide which district judges will become high judges and which high judges will become supreme judges !!!

And so if the judge has done right or wrong, we can RIGHTLY say that PM , via his 3 cronies or gentlemen , communicated to the judge that he is gives such and such judgment, then he will get promoted , and otherwise he wont !!!
.
So if judges speedily disposes a case or delays, then one can RIGHTLY praise or blame PM !!

All in all, MNC-owners and Missionaries job of controlling India became easy . Now they have to blackmail / control judge one person --- PM, and along with ruling partyand executive , then can control half the judiciary as well.

Solution I propose is Right to recall judges and DIRECT election of Chief judges and 4 apex judges in supreme , high and district courts.. And Jury System,.

eg in Texas ---- every judge from Magistrate to Texas Apex Court Chief judge is elected !! And also recallable.
