When is it must for a true nationalist activist in a country to be anti-corruption?

Many activists , such as SoMoKe-andhbhagats insist that it is ok to be pro-corruption , because corruption is in all countries. So if India continues to be corrupt, then it isnt much harm because other countries are also corrupt.

But this argument is weak because of following reasons
.
1. Countries such as USA etc are more powerful --- When two countries S = stronger / wealthier and W = weaker are equally corrupt, but S is more powerful than W, then corruption in W will enable S to do more damage in W than damage W can do in S using S's corruption. eg USA is corrupt. (though far far less corrupt than India) and so is India. Lets say USA and India are equally corrupt. But USA is wealthier and stronger than India. And so using corruption in India,. USA can do more damage in India than India can do damage in USA using USA's corruption. So if nationalist activist want to reduce damage USA is doing in India, then they have NO option but to become anti-corruption (which means they will need to become anti-SoMoKe as well).

2. USA is far far less corrupt than India. So apply (1) again.

IOW, nationalist activists dont have choice but to become anti-corruption. And yes, that means they will need to become anti-SoMoKe and also anti-CoBhAp-leaders.
