Right to Education law-draft says that every private school must allote 25% of seats to "poor" kids. And RTE law-draft also says that this law-draft will NOT apply on Missionary run schools !!!

And please note --- Congress / BJP MPs in Parliament in year 2012 had supported this RTE including exemption to Missionaries. And AAP supports it now.

Let me restate twice --- Cong / BJP MPs in Parliament in year 2012 had supported this RTE including exemption to Missionaries. And AAP supports it now.

And now due to this RTE, many not so well off private schools are being forced to shut down !!! Because if they give 25% seats to poor for free, then they have to raise fees on 75% by atleast 33%.. And when they do, the parents of the paid seats start quitting. And so they face double whammy !!!

And many of the schools are being taken over Missionaries.

IOW, Congress / BJP / AAP MPs are hand in gloves with Missionaries.

SOLUTION?

Solution we have proposed are Right to recall District Education Officer, RTR State Education Minister, RTR National Education Minister , Jury System over Education Staff, Saatya System. Pls see chap-30 of Right to Recall Manifesto, English, aka 301.pdf

This will improve Govt schools. And the in laws I have proposed , the private schools would be ONLY made to keep fee structure transparent, and taxed at par with private companies and thats all. IMO, the private schools should NOT be forced to bear burden of society OTHER than taxes and fair business practices.

SoGa / NaMo / ArGandhi and Congress / BJP / AAP have opposed RTR-District-Education-Officer, Saatya System etc etc.

So if your goal is to improve education in India for all, and also save Indian education from Missionaries, then please dump SoMoKe / CoBhApSwaRa. And pls work to publicise the above law-drafts.
