RSS-apex has two goals

1. to convert activists into vote generating machines for BJP-leaders

2. to consume nationalist activists' time in morning walks, rallying, blood banks etc and thus disable nationalist activists from creating REAL nationalist, anti-corrupt, anti-crony political alternative. So electoral monopoly of BJP-leaders can go on ; and economic oiligopoly of their cronies like Jindal , Schindhia etc can go on and on

The RSS-workers are nationalists , which is why they jpined RSS. It is NOT that RSS converts normal people into nationalists ---- only nationalists join RSS. What RSS-apex does is that it wastes away their time.

Rajiv Dixitjee gave several speeches to expose MT = Mother Tersa , Missionaries etc. (*) between 1990 to 2010. But paidmedia never reported it --- positively or negatively. And when MB = Mohan Bhagawat made statement, paidmedia gave extensive coverage . WHY?
.
Of many reason, one reason is following .
.
If paidmedia had covered Dixitjee and his statements , then Dixitjee would have gained many Hinduvaadi , Nationalists followers. And Dixitjee would have used the following and strength to expel MNC_owners i.e. for Swadeshi movement,.
.
Whereas paidmedia knows that if Hindivaadies, nationalists etc go towards RSS-apex, the RSS-apex will never use the new strength to expel MNC-owners !!!
.
And if no coverage is given to MB, then Dixitjee's supporters , who are airing his vidoes etc would eventually get to these Hinduvaadies and nationalists !! The Hinduvaadies etc would have joined followers of Dixitjee and thus increased the strength of Swadeshi movement.
.
IOW, giving coverage to MB increased the strength of MB, reduces the strength of Swadeshi, and thus reduces the damage towards FDI etc !!!
.
So please wake and smell coffee. MB is hard core pro-FDI !!! And thats why he is getting all coverage and Dixitjee got none.
.
And pls dont waste time with MB , and RSS-apex. Instead, time will be better spent in watching and understanding vidoes of Dixitjee.

Removing article-370 does NOT need 67% majority in both houses --- there are shotcuts

Any govt can put bill for creating procedure for nation-wide referendum.
.
If any political party opposes it, it will lose ALL its seats in next election,
.
So referendum bill will pass and procedure for nationwide referendum will come.
.
And using nationwide referendum, art-370 can be removed without even one MP in Parliament.
.
RSS-apex, VHP-apex, BJP-apex, AAP-apex and Congress-apex oppose referendum as that will end rule of the cronies who give them paidmedia support.

And so we see FAKE excuses like "removing art-370 needs 67% in both houses".

MT = Mother Teresa had cured cancer of a woman by just putting her hand on the patient !!! And a team of 50 medical "experts" certified that it was true !!! And a team of 20 certified theologians certified that it was miracle by God !!

What vatican claims is that ONLY their priest can become saint and can have such powers !!! IOW, no non-priest can ever have such magical powers. And Vatican also claims that priests of other religions cant have such powers either !! God performs miracles only via their priests --- so says the Vatican !!!
.
And two more Priests were certified by Vatican as Saints for such "miracle cure" .
.
And NaMo attended the event to honor them in Kerela !!
.
By attending the event, NaMo is tacitly giving approval to claim of Vatican that the two priests had magical powers to perform miracle cures , and also tacitly giving approval to Vatican's claim that ONLY their priests can have such magical powers !! Essentially, Vatican claims that "their religion is superior than other religions". And attending such event is giving approval to such claims.

And Mohan Bhagawat OPENLY supports NaMo's decision to attend this event !! (proof --- ask him)
.
Forget Hinduvaadi, even a true secular PM would NOT have attended event which based on such claims of magical powers and claims that "our religion is mightier than yours".
.
Moral of the story is that now Missionaries in India are bigger than (NaMo + BJP-leaders + VHP-leaders + RSS-leaders ).
.
And so forget Hinduvaad , I dont think any even true secularism can be expected from this Govt.
.
Solution I propose to Hinduvaadies is that earlier they leave the shadow of RSS-leaders, VHP-leaders, BJP-leaders, the lesser the time they will waste. I cant tell them whom they should join. I cant also tell them to join Right to Recall Group , as many RRG activists , such as myself, are NOT Hinduvaadies and are true secular.

I met about 7-8 sadhaks of Sant Sri Asaram Bapu and explained them how law-drafts such as Jury System, right to recall doordarshan chairman could have reduced the wrongful cases by policemen and judges, and also smear campaign by paidmedia.

They had come to my office via an activists who supports RTR and is also a sadhak of Sant Sri Asram Bapu.

ArKe \ AAP vision ----- penny-democracy at ward / municipal level ; and rule of foreign oligarchy at Supreme Court , Central Govt levels

How SoMoKe's coming GST may reduce income of small businesses

The GST will be 25% (*) . And there will be two types of businesses --- one which will pay 2% on lumpsum revenue . The revenue must be below Rs 50 lakhs or some such limit.
.
The small trader doesnt get GST he paid as credit. And the GST of 2% he charged cannot be taken as input credit. .
.
So business of small traders will decrease. Let me explain how.
.
Say manufacturer M is selling air conditioner at Rs 20000 . His bill will be
.
Price = Rs 20000
GST = Rs 5000 (25%)
Total = Rs 25000
.
Say a large retailer LR sells same ac as
.
Price = Rs 21000
GST = Rs 5250
Total = Rs 26250
.
Now consider a small retailer SR.. Say he decides to sell ac at zero profit (I want to show that even at zero profit, he will lose customers to big retailer)
.
Price he paid = Rs 25000 (because he cant deduct GST of Rs 5000)
GST = 2% = Rs 500
Total = Rs 25500
.
So his price is lesser than LR = Large retailer.

But a large business LB will buy from LR and NOT SR. Why?

A proposed "un-fixable" procedure to select a large number of Jurors randomly

Say we have to select 1500 Jurors from a list of N = about 4 crore voters between age of 18 years and 120 years .

Order then in list by their assembly constituency number , booth number, serial number in section (as it is done today)

So they are all numbered from 1 to N = about 4 crore.

Say following procedure is used to select 1500 Jurors between age of 30 years to 55 years.

SoMoKe's VAT maths

1. Say you like goods and agree on price of Rs 1000 , and EXCISE is 10%. And say you decide to sell it to next trader for Rs 20 profit. Now say I refuse to pay EXCISE to govt. Then what will be your net profit / loss?

2. Say you like goods and agree on price of Rs 1000 , and VST is 10%. And say you decide to sell it to next trader for Rs 20 profit. Now say I refuse to pay VAT to govt. Then what will be your net profit / loss?
.
3. And say I have sold goods worth Rs 1000 to a buyer , who also happens to be your client. Say I disappear without paying VAT. Why may it reduce your sales?
.
And SoMoKe's VAT maths will become GST maths when GST comes. Same rules apply except that VAT is 12% , but GST will be 25% !!!
.
Now GST of 25% is revenue nuetral because it subsumed excise, service tax, vat, cst etc etc
.
USA is trying to impose VAT in ALL countries across world. But USA doesnt have VAT !! It still uses income tax and wealth tax only.

TO EAT ALL THE CREDIT , AT LAST MOMENT --- Mohan Bhagwat made the statement that "MT served poor to convert" !!!

So please tell all that ONLY MOTIVE of Mohan Bhagwat in telling this fact is to usurp the credit of hard work of Dixitjee and 1000s of activists on SM = Social Media. MRCM vs "free coal to Jindal" --- how free coal to Jindal promotes conversion , naxalism etc , poverty and how MRCM reduces the same.

NaMo printed clauses in coal auction which enabled Jindal to get coal mines for free i.e. mere Rs 108 / tonne. And SoGa \ ArKe both have supported it (proof --- * see below) . And SoMoKe-andhbhagats are supporting their decision. We at RRG propose that coal should have given at market value which is over Rs 2000 / tonne (actually, well above Rs 5000 / tonne) . And 65% money should go to commons.

SoMoKe and SoMoKe-andhbhagats oppose this MRCM = DDMRCAM proposal.
.
Lets see how "free coal to Jindal" promote conversion, increase poverty, promote naxalsim along with promoting cronyess !!

500 gram of coal = 1 kwhr = 1 unit of electricity (pls google)
.
so 1 tonne of coal = 2000 unit of electricity
.
Say population of India = 1 billion
.
os if 1 tonne of coal is given for Rs 2000 / tonne , then electricity price goes up Rs 1 per unit.
.
say with free coal, electricity price was Rs 2 per unit
.
Then with paid coal, it would be Rs 3 per unit
.
Now say Jindal gets 1 million tonne free coal per year for free.
.
Revenue lost = Rs 2000 per tonne * 1 million tonne = Rs 2 billion = Rs 2 per citizen
.
From that, Jindal makes 2000 million units = 2 billion units electricity = 2 units per citizens. So benefit = Rs 2 per citizen.
.
IOW , there is no gain or no net loss.
.
But wait ---- DO ALL CITIZENS IN INDIA CONSUME ELECTRICITY EQUALLY ?
.
If all citizens in India were to consume electricity equally, then free coal to Jindal or Rs 2000 per coal to Jindal has no difference.
.
But there are people who consume zero units a year and some people who consume 5000 units a year !!!
.
Those who consume zero units a year lost all MRCM money they could have got. And those who consume 5000 units gained !!
.
IOW , giving free coal to Jindal, even if Jindal passes WHOLE benefit to electricity buyer , is a loss to poor and gain to wealthy ones. It is reverse robinhood only.
.
IOW, SoMoKe's decision NOT to give coal royalty to citizens and also give free coal to Jindal will REDUCE the rate at which poverty will decrease. And so the journey of poor towards missionaries and naxals will continue..
.
And it is naive to assume that Jindal will pass all benefits to electricity buyers. Chances are high that he will sell electricity at same rate as if coal was Rs 1000 / tonne . IOW , half the benefits of coal mines will remain with Jindal (from which some will go to SoMoKe as election fund etc , some will go to his personal benefits etc ). And even those which go as cheap electricity will NOT go to lowest 40% of India as they dont have any electricity supply at home !!!
.
Solution is to sell coal at market price, The miner should ONLY get cost + normal profits,. The difference = (market price - cost - normal profit of miner) should be deposited DIRECTLY into citizens' account. And to ensure that mining companies dont resort to cost padding, we need Right to Recall CAG Chief .
.
Otherwise, happy conversions of poor across India. And frankly, if you support proposals of SoMoKe like "free coal to Jindal", your tears over conversion of poor are only crocodile tears --- the kind of tears Mohan Bhagawat sheds when Mother Teresa converted poor.

How can you bring MRCM = DDMRCAM law-draft in india?

Hindi version of LA bill is NOT found on website of ArKe \ Anna as well. Both have opposed the proposal of demanding , obtaining and using Hindi version of the bill !!!
