SoMoKe , and their andhbhagats are promoting worst freebie culture by NOT transferring 65% of coal royalties directly into citizens' account !!!

Since 1999 , we at right to recall group have been promoting the proposal that all minerals, spectrum,s govt plots etc should be auctioned and 65% rents / royalties should be DIRECTLY deposited in accounts of citizens. Proof ? You may want to ask assorted posters on bharat-rakshak . com website , where I used to post in 2001-now. And in my album (see item-point-4 in https://fb.com/photo.php?fbid=10151109537406922 ) , you see a newspaper advertisement which I gave in Indian Express on 31-jan-2009 which said that " 4. MRCM : Enact laws so that mineral royalties and rents from GoI plots (eg IIMA plot, airport plots) go directly to citizens and military. This will reduce poverty and improve military. ".The chap-5 ofhttp://rahulmehta.com/301.htm describes the auction procedures which can be used to revise the mineral royalties depending on rise or fall of market prices.

A much better way that auction was to improve Coal India using Right to Recall over Coal India Chairman and Jury System over Coal India staff. This would have fetched far far more money than auction. Sadly, SoMoKe have opposed RTR over Coal Indian Chairman and also opposed Jury System over Coal India Staff. And as always, then andhbhagats support them !!! And so coal auction , which is far far worse option, becomes the best option.

But all apex-party-leaders and activist-leaders such as SoMoKe have opposed the proposals of auction. Finally, when coal scam, spectrum scam etc become public due to INTERNET (and special thanks to Chauthi Duniya for collecting information on coal scam) , the leaders were left with no choice but to go for auction. And so a weak procedure was adopted for auction, which gave much less amount that what good auction methods would have fetched, but some money came due to auction.

At this point, it will be really wrong to give credit to ANYONE ELSE except internet, voters and some journalists who pioneered the work of giving coal scam information. All Congress leaders, BJP leaders , CAG, judges etc DO NOT deserve even 0.001% of credit. To be specific, NaMo in his 12 years of tenure as CM, never did any open transparent public auction of minerals under Gujarat Govt. During NDA-1 rule, NaMo never demanded that minerals under central govt should be openly auctioned. All along all laders supported discretionary allotments. ArKe too never ever gave any newspaper advt to demand public auction of minerals. All this auction has come ONLY due to INTERNET and no other reason.

The next part is --- depositing of 65% of mineral royalties DIRECTLY into accounts of citizens. A proposal, that will benefit some lower 80% of population, but not upper 20% of population. SoMoKe and their andbhgatas have openly opposed this proposal (proof : how much mineral royalties got deposited in accounts of citizens?)

Here , SoMoKe and their supporters flex muscles and say "see , we are STRONG enough to keep the lower 80% of the population divided and engaged in other issues using paidmedia, and so will NOT deposit penny from mineral royalties". This arrogance will prove expensive to whole India in times to come.

Only way the deposit of this mineral royalties in citizens' accounts can be stopped is by keeping lower 80% engaged in assorted political problems and keep their attention on other issues using paidmedia. Such paidmedia will also ensure that citizens' remain defocused from many many other important issues. All this would be good and dandy. But other countries , such as China and USA, which are stronger than us, can also use this paidmedia to create a bigger damage (such as promoting anti-nationals like ArKe / Anna etc , and promote Missionaries, malign Hindu seers). The final outcome of all this will weaken and weaken India wrt to USA or China or both.

Solution I propose is that non-andhbhagat activists should ask as many voters as possible to send following order to MP via SMS "Dear MP , I order you to print Direct Deposit of Mineral Royalty into Citizens Accounts and Military draft in Gazette give at http://tinyurl.com/DDMRCAM " . As more and more voters send orders to MP via SMS, the chances of getting DDMRCAM law-draft will increase and this will ensure that 65% of money from mineral royalties directly get deposited into the accounts of citizens.
