How Mauritius Route benefits USUK economies at the cost of India economy?

(1) Consider company-A which is Indian company and invests in USUK . Then for whatever profit, it makes in USUK, it will pay 40% income tax in USUK and then 0% in India.

(2) Same way, consider company-B which is American company , and invests in India, Then it will pay 30% to 40% income tax in India and then 10% to 0% in USUK. Now many US companies in India have obtained income tax exemption , and so in such case they will pay 0% tax in India and 40% in USUK.

(3) But consider company-C of USUK. Say it invests in India via Mauritius. Then in India, that company will pay 0% tax !! And in Mauritius it will pay only 1% tax , and then in USA it will pay 39% tax !!!

Why cant Indian company-A in example-1 do same? well, becaue USUK has NO such tax exemption treaty with any country !!! All companies in USUK have to pay tax in USUK.

Then why does USUK sign contract with India that "US companies in India will pay tax in USUK and not in India, while Indian companies in USUK will pay taxes in USUK and not India?" Why does USA use Mauritius route? That if open explicit agreement is made, then citizens of India will come to know that India is openly dominated by USUK. And that will lower the reputation of SoMoKe and their ability to rule Indians. So a cover of Mauritius treaty is used to hide this open domination in tax laws !!

2. Please order YOU MP via SMS to cancel Mauritius treaty. . You can send following order to MP via SMS "dear MP, I order you to cancel tax treaty with Mauritius . #CancelMauritiusTreaty ".
