Today someone told me that engine of Shatabdi engine from Ahmedabad to Mumbai can carry 24 compartments. But train mostly has ONLY 16 compartments !! And this is done to deliberately create a shortage so that agents can make money !!! And he said that this game is played for a large number of trains !!!

I dont know if info is true. But person who told me has been a contractor with railway for long.

Solution is that each we should get list of all trains, number of compartments it has and number of compartments it can carry !!
