How much is coal worth if Birla is willing to pay Rs 3500 / tonne royalty ?

And how much benefit did nation get by NaMo's transparent open auction procedure, which ensured that Jindal has to pay ONLY Rs 108 per tonne ?

SOLUTION to stop such loot ---- law-draft to deposit 65% of royalties DIRECTLY in account of citizens ; and Right to recall Coal Minister

Congress , BJP or AAP --- Jindal gets coal for cheap price.

SoGa , NaMo, or ArKe --- Jindal gets coal for cheap price.

Discretionary allocation or "transparent" auction --- Jindal gets coal for cheap price. The rules of auctions are tailored to meet the "national interest" in a way

IOW, no matter what the game is --- cricket, football or polo ---- this player
always wins.

There is something about Jindal ---- he is "anti corruption" , "nationalists" and managed to get coal for dirt cheap !!!

Sacrcasm apart --- the auction only told us that loot is still going on, and yes, due to auction it has reduced.And please note that auction came because due to social media, leaders / judges / journalists / textbook-writers could NOT stop activists from dispensing TRUTH to citizens !!! The auction didnt come because of leaders / judges / CAG . The auction came despite them because they could NOT stop activists from distributing truth to citziens via SM.

So auction had to come. But auction procedures were twisted to the extent that Jindal et al can still get coal for mere Rs 108 / tonne !!!

So how do we stop this loot?

Solution I propose is to print DDMRCAM-law which will ensure that 65% mineral royalties are directlty deposited into accounts of citizens. In such , case, citizens would see that form Jindal mine, they will get only Rs 65 / tonne, while Birla will get them Rs 2000 / tonne. So immediately over 65 crore voters (out of total of 85 crore voters in India) will realize that they are being looted by that coal miner , and that is possible ONLY if Coal Minister has put mundane conditions in auction rules.

Next solution is to print Right to Recall Coal Minister law-draft in Gazette. With this, citiens can expel the Coal Minister who puts conditions that enable miners to get coal for mere Rs 108 per tonne !! And then auction can be redone.

Does govt lose? NO. Because if Jindal mine fetches better rate, and even if 65% goes to citizens, then also the remaining 35% that govt will get will be HIGHER !!!

So how can we bring DDMRCAM-law-draft and Right to Recall Coal Minister Law Draft?
