Since 1998 , we at Right to recall Group have been publicing DDMRCAM law-draft , which says that ALL natural resources such govt land, coal, crude oil, spectrum etc must be auction and rent should be equally divided into all citizens of India.

SoMoKe , SoMoKe-AB and CoBhApSwaRa-workers have always opposed it. They not only supported discretionary alloment . Gujarat Govt also seldom followed auctions and mineral mines were given by discretion. Vajpayee too also opposed auctions and insisted on discretionary allotment of mineral mines.

The Indian elitemen used to make huge gains by this discretionary allotment of mineral mines. The paidmedia and paid-judiciary always kept it covered. But due to social media , the spectrum / coal scams broke out, which finally forced Govts to give mines by auction only. Even then, auction process is made so that many small bidders dont quality.

Despite hurdles, the auction is fetching as much as Rs 500 per tonne to Rs 800 per tonne of coal royalty, which before this used to be below Rs 100 per tonne.

If Right to Recall over Coal India Chairman is printed in Gazette, then coal royalties can be as high as (market price - Rs 200 per tonne ).

And same way, if RTR-ONGC-Chairman is printed , the crude oil royalties can go skyhigh.

Due to pressure of social media , some auction of mineral mines is happening. SoMoKe will each run to collect credit. But Vajpayee never promoted open auction for mineral mines. And Gujarat Govt too never did open auction for minerals under its domain. All BJP state govts too always followed discretionally allotments of mineral mines and never promoted auction. However, due to social media, the coal/spectrum scams came to notice of whole India. And so auction model had to be taken. But even here. so many conditions were set that many small companies simply could NOT bid. And so bid has remained low.

Now the bid amount recieved will NOT be deposited in accounts of all citizens equally, It will be spent on assorted projects, which only promotes "freebie culture". The bottom 90% citizens , who stand to benefit dont have political clout. The activists who care for them are kept busy in SoMoKe-andhbhakti and slogan shouting.

What will be the consequences of NOT depositing the royalty amount directly in the accounts of citizens?

The poverty will continue and as a result more and more poor will keep turning towards Missionaries, Naxals etc.
