After loooong readings in History , my conclusion is that ---
.
1) it was re-birth of Jury System in 950 AD to 1100 AD onwards which stopped advance of Arabs / Turks in Europe. Otherwise , Arabs / Turks etc would have conquered whole of Europe.
.
2) "Everyone must assemble on one particular day at a PUBLICLY owned place" is what made Arabs / Turks etc powerful. There is NO other deep secret other than "assembly"
.
3) Jury System is more powerful that "Assembly of all men" , but JurySys can survive without Assembly !!!
.
4) Only Sikhs in India made weapons to fight against Mughals and Afghans. The Maratha, despite real true bravery, could never made cannons and always depended on Afghans and later on French for cannons !!! IOW, only Sikhism have "complete" fight against Mughals and Afghans. The fight by Maratha was incomplete.

And of of TODAY , my views are

1) Due to procedure of election and recruitment by written written exam, India has become so strong that now Saudi Arabia / Pakistan etc are NOT any "root" threat. But they are under control of USA / China . They are just mercenaries for hire and nothing more. The threat of Saudi Arabia / Pakistan is ONLY because China / USA are prompting them to hit India .

2) Today , the real power to USUK comes due to their Jury System , Right to Recall , elections for over 30 posts at District / State / National levels etc. This basic changes have created wealth tax, no excise, no sales tax, no vat etch which further strenthened USA. And IMO, we cant survive against march of USA unless we too copy these procedures into India.

3) China's progress is because across administration they recruit via broad based written exam which test for raw merit and NOT language , NOT specialized knowledge and NOT interviews !!! But China has no broad based real elections no RTR, weak Jury System and so China is weaker compared to USA and will lose , unless they adopt all these points. We can survive against China unless we at least adopt recruitment by written exams

So my summary of History is ---- strength of Militaries dont come from strategic thinking or culture or tall leaders but come from administrative systems. The activists can run the systems. The most activists can do is to force tall leaders to change administrative systems and then administrative systems will do the rest. Can tall leaders change administrative systems in absence of sheer force from activists? My answer is ---- NO. Tall leaders only look for short term path of least resistance and have tendency to side with strongest players unless, unless activists force them not to !!
.
So AFAIS = as far as I see, we dont have much choices. If we dont bring Jury System , RTR , recruitment with NO interviews and by written exams , broad based elections, wealth tax , abolish vat / gst etc , then the strength ratio of USA/ India and China / India will keep worsening day by day.

So activists should focus on administrative systems which can reduce weaknesses and force tall leaders to print drafts that bring those administrative systems.
