Say you are in Jury. Then how many months of prison sentence would YOU impose in each case. 0 months means = no imprisonment = acquittal

1. B = Borrower has borrowed Rs 1,00,000 from L = Lender on say 1-feb-2014 . And he had promised to return in writing on 1-feb-2015 i.e. 12 months later along with say 15% per year interest. And all search show that B has no money to pay back. L demands prison sentence of upto 24 months.

And say you are in Jury. Then how many months of prison sentence would you impose? (0 --- means no prison sentence = acquittal )

My answer --- 0

2. B = Borrower has borrowed Rs 1,00,000 from L = Lender on say 1-feb-2014 . And he had promised in writing to return the money on 1-feb-2015 i.e. 12 months later along with say 15% per year interest.

And B had given a cheque of Rs 115,000 to L. B had also written amount and date on the cheque as Rs 115,000/- and date as 1-feb-2015.

The cheque bounces. And all search show that B has no money to pay L . And say you are in Jury. Then how many months of prison sentence would you impose? (0 --- means no prison sentence = acquittal )

B had NOT written any date on the cheque. But B did write amount Rs 1150,000

L admits that N had given undated cheque and L wrote date 1-feb-2015.

3. B = Borrower has borrowed Rs 100,000 from L = Lender on say 1-feb-2014 . And B had promised to return in writing on 1-feb-2015 i.e. 12 months later along with say 100% per year interest. Yes --- thats 100% interest, i.e. B has to pay twice the amount in just one year.

No cheque was given.
The search shows that B has no money to repay. And say you are in Jury. Say you are in Jury. Then how many months of prison sentence would you impose? (0 --- means no prison sentence = acquittal )
