Its VHP-leader Surinder Jain's interview on Aaj Tak about attack on church , priest etc in Haryana.

He is right that many priests publish insulting literature against Hindu Gods which violated IPC section-295 etc. The person who prints and distributes such literature can be imprisoned for 3 years. Why VHP / BJP / RSS leaders or policemen under BJP Ministers dont file case. This was NOT covered in interview !!! And why VHP / BJP / RSS leaders dont work to improve courts so that judgments come in 2-4 weeks ? Again, this was NOT covered in this video. This is something that supporters of RSS / VHP / BJP leaders can ask them.

But it is clear that VHP / BJP / RSS leaders do NOT want to improve courts and use courts to punish those who insult Hindu or other religions' saints.

The video shows that VHP / BJP / RSS leaders will not openly support, but in obtuse language SUPPORT direct mob actions when someone insults religionous figures.

In my opinion, their hostlity towards improving courts and using courts to deal with matters , and instead promote mob actions will make Missionaries STRONGER. Because this will enable Missionaries to get more funding and even weapons , and even armed volunteers from USA , Europe , South Korea etc. There are many retired soldiers who will be willing to give weapons and training after seeing such mob actions. In long run, it will also legitimize the opinion in US \ Europe that US Govts and European Govts should give massive armed aid to Missionaries in India.

Whereas if courts / Jurors are used, then Missionaries will be justly forced to stop hate literature.

So why RSS / VHP / BJP leaders , NaMo included, refuse to improve courts?
.
A long topic and short answer is ---- if courts improve, then corruption will end. And that seems to be highly unacceptable to most RSS / VHP / BJP leaders . What NaMo wants is pointless , because he simply has no wish // strength to go against wish of remaining 99% in BJP / RSS / VHP leaders. And so they want mob action and not court action.
