Proof positive that ArKe is anti-poor , pro-crony --- ArKe opposes the proposal to deposit 65% of coal royalties into citizens accounts to reduce poverty !!! IOW, ArKe is just psuedo-pro-poor.

ArKe has fooled pro-poor activists that ArKe is pro-poor. Reality is that ArKe is also pro-crony like fellow BJP \ Congress leaders. And here is proof. ArKe has opposed the proposal to deposit 65% of mineral royalties directly into citiens' account to reduce poverty.

This hads been my demand since oct-1998 , that 65% of mineral royalties, water royalties, spectrucm royalties and land rent from govt plots should DIRECTLY be deposited in accounts of citizens. I call it MRCM = DDMRCAM. In fact, the MOST important reason why I joined politics , and started working RTR / Jury etc. Thats because without RTR , DDMRCAM cant come.

Since 1998, I have been publicing MRCM-law-draft, that 65% of mineral royalties should be deposited into citizens' accounts. And since 1998 , most congress / BJP / AAP leaders have been opposing it (back then, AAP leaders like ArKe / YY were with congress).

As per proof , that NaMo opposed MRCM -- it is clear. There is no announcement of deposit 65% of mineral royalties in citizens' accounts. And SoGa too never did any such deposits.

And as per proof that ArKe opposes it --- well, pls ArKe in public and record his statements and put on YT. None of his 4 AAP MPs have put any legislation in Parliament to enact any such law-draft.

Many senior AAPians know that ArKe is psuedo-pro-poor , though most AAPians are genuinely pro-poor and getting fooled !!! The senior AAPians fool juniors because senior AAPians intend to become MLA / MP etc by fooling juniors and using them for campaign, Once they become MP / MLA , the intend to do exactly what Congress / BJP MPs and MLAs do --- take bribes, make money in govt contracts, make money by allowing more and more FDI andd selling PSUs etc etc .

Also, look at damages of NOT depositing 65% of coal royalties into citizens' account --- Jindal walked away for mere Rs 108 per tonne royalty by bribing coal minister to fix auction rules , and there is NO public outroar !!! If money was to go directly to each citizens' account, then each citizen would have shouted "why is royalty only Rs 108 / tonne , whereas it could have fetched Rs 1200 / tonne to Rs 2000 / tonne at least into my account !!!" And then, they would have discovered that coal minister had put conditions in ordinance that --- bidder must have power plant in that state, and power plant must be over 50% complete, and bdder must have power purchase agreement with state govt !! IOW, ordinance in a very convulated language said "bidder must be Jindal" !!! So one person was bidding, and highest bidder got the mine !!! All this nonsense would NOT have occured if royalty was directly going to citizens. IOW, if 65% royalties were to DIRECTLY go citizens, then bid would have been Rs 1000 per tonne at least, in which case govt would have Rs 350 / tonne i.e. 3 thrice of what it got now !! And citizens would have got Rs 650 '/ tonne..

So ArKe is not just anti-poor , but also pro-crony to core. All his "aam aadmi"posture is just a sick drama. No wonder why paidmedia supports him and congress transferred all its votes into AAP.

Solution I propose is that --- please explain DDMRCAM = MRCM concept with law-draft to as many as genuinely pro-poor AAPians , and also tell them the FACT that ArKe is opposed to MRCM i.e. ArKe opposes the proposal to deposit 65% of coal royalties into citizens accounts to reduce poverty . This way, genuine pro-poor AAPians will leave AAP, and time-waste will reduce.

So if you want to reduce damage ArKe / AAP can do in Punjab / India , then pls inform all pro-poor AAPians that Arke is anti-MRCM and hence Arke is anti-poor, pro-crony and psuedo-pro-poor only.
