Power to crush the weak vs power to crush the strong "wrong" --- position and paidmedia-fame mostly gives first one and illusion of second.

Many suggest that good activists should join party such as CoBhAp = congress / bjp / aap , gain "power" and then implement their good agenda. And along with that, also gain massive coverage in paidmedia.
.
And the first step, namely joining CoBhAp means --- dump all good demands and proposals such as RTR, JurySys, wealth tax , gst abolition etc etc.
.
The suggestion IMO is wrong even in its best case scenario. Say a "good" activist dumps all good proposal, which is same as saying that he becomes as bad as any other bad activist or bad politician. Then he works increase following of CoBhAp-leaders , which is same as saying that he works to reduce following of other whatever small good senior activists may be out in field.
.
Now the owners of CoBhAp arent stupid. They can see thru the person. They will only let a junior come up if the junior gives them enough material by which the owners can bring him down if the leader in future betrays him.
.
But lets say against all odd, the "former" good activist manages to become tall leader in CoBhAp. Then possibility that he will bring good law-drafts is next to zero. Why?

One needs to differentiate between POSITION and POWER.
.
And for that, one needs to see difference is between POWER AGAINST WEAK and POWER AGAINST STRONG WRONG (or right).
.
A middle level police office will has immense power to crush a weak criminal or a weak good man. But he is absolutely powerless against a corrupt Commissioner or corrupt High Court Justice or corrupt Supreme Court Justice. But a few solo activists, who may be completely powerless against even a weak criminal, can be effective against such high profile corrupt / nepotic dignitaries. Why?

Thats because when a person gains "position", he becomes an elephant , but there are 100s of chains around it. And the chains are held by others. The elephants may be powerful than each entity separately, but much much weaker compared to the combined power of all the chain-holders. And so he can be very "powerful" in executing agenda of those who hold his chains. But for all other purposes, he is WEAKER than solo activist, because he has no freedom to even move an inch in that direction.

So all in all, so called positions get power ONLY in the direction wanted by those who hold the chains. In OTHER direction, position gets zero power. In fact, in other directions, position reduces freedom to act.

In today's context, what I mean is --- joining CoBhAp will ONLY decrease the ability to work against rising dominance of foreign elitemen , rising domination of Indian elitemen, worsening Maths / science education in govt schools , bring wealth tax etc.
.
So this ONLY proves that tall leaders who become tall via support of owners of paidmediamen are no good. That does NOT prove that small activists will be effective.

The way small activists are effective is that as more and more activists / voters know about their proposals, the tall-pseudo-activists are forced to speak their points. And that further increases coverage and that finally forces tall leaders to accept those points. Throughtout , tall-pseudo-activists and tall leaders would like to twist the points to make them ineffective, And thats why small-real-activists need to work hard.

example-1 : we small-activists at Right to Recall group publicized RTR-proposal in activists / citizens to extent that tall-pseudo-activists like Anna / ArKe were forced to atleast give lip service to this !!!

example-2 : we small-activists across net, not just RRG , but many more, started publicizing since 1995 that "freedom came to Bose, Bhagats et al, and Gandhi was a British partner and a Duratma". Now many psuedo-tall-activists like ArRoy, Katju are forced to echo this voice.

example-3 : we small-activists at RRG group publicized "decrease juvenile age to 16 years" , that some 20000 voters send orders to MP via SMS to decrease the age, This forced NaMo to issue "proposal" to decrease the age. The paidmedia twisted it as if NaMo has actually made such a law, and so SMS campaigned dispersed. But at least , now serious activists know that all NaMo did on this issue was just a drama.

example-4 : when Jindal got coal mine for Rs 108 / tonne , not even one SoMoKe-andhbhagat opposed it. Not even one paidmedia even focused on it. Only we at RRG started SMS campaign asking voters to order MPs via SMS to cancel the lease. And we threatened to give newspaper advertisement on this issue. So at least , a drama on this started. NaMo Govt cancelled the lease and now matter went to High Court.

So small activists can force psuedo-tall-activists like Anna , ArKe, ArRoy, Katju etc . That increases the coverage. And this forces tall-leaders to take some stand, and this further increases coverage. This is how goal can be achieved.
