The punishment I propose for cow slaughter is --- they become citizens of Pakistan \ BD OR 5 years imprisonment in India.

Now if Pakistan \ BD refuse to accept them , then sorry --- only option will be imprisonment.

Cow slaughter question was more than settled in 1947. All those, be Hindus or non-Hindus, who wanted to eat cow meat were given separate land, by those who wanted to protect cows. This was only so that those who want to eat cow meat can eat all the cow meat they want.

Those who didnt want cows to be slaughtered in their land gave them separate piece of land for this reason only.
.
So those who want to slaughter cows are welcome to go westward , as per terms and conditions of 1947.

However, if anyone feels that he is wrongly born in India, and he should have been born in Pakistan / BD , then he is welcome to correct his mistake and walk to Pakistan (or BD). Now if Pakistan doesnt accept them, then it is between them and pakistan . There isnt much we can do about it.
