My original discovery in field of History is ---- IMO re-emergence of Europe after 1200 AD was due to re-installation of Jury System, and "Renaissance" is just a fairy tale !!

No historoian till date has prfaised Jury System as "root cause" behind strength of Greece , Romans and Modern Europe. So right or wrong, this claim of mine is --- ORIGINAL !!

Historians say "Renaissance" is what made modern Europe strong. Renaissance is the sum total of changes in Europe that happened between 1200 AD and 1400 AD . These changes were ONLY effects or symptoms. They were NOT causes of any progress --- they are just label to progress.

Jury System was main reason why Greek and later Rome became very powerful. And Jury System collapsed in around 100 AD.
.
And Jury System restarted in 950 AD and 1100 AD in UK and started spreading across Western Europe.
.
Due to Jury System, the power of officers and elitemen to harass small craftsmen and small factory owners reduced. And Jury System , manufacturing improved , economy improved, trade improved , and weapon making improved.

What is more is that Jury System created a system of "reasonable rate of interest" !! Before that, interest rate was sky high or zero. The first one robs craftsman and stops technical progress in society. And lumpsum ban on interest leaves only one option --- partnership which doesnt scale to large enterprise !! This further improved manufacturing and weapons.

Trendline in 900 AD was ---- Arabs / Turks etc were marching on and on and on without nothing to stop them. The reason behind their march was ---- the procedure that "everyone in locality must gather on one day a week at one place" !!!!! The fact that ALL have to gather reduces the ability of strong to exploit the weak, because his exploitation will get exposed in front of all !!! So procedure that "all must gather at one place on one day a week" reduces exploitation of weak by strong !!

But Jury System is more effective than gathering (WHY?). And West also copied concept of "every one gather at one place" at town level , and later extended it at national level using booth based elections.

All in all, world is now better place to live ONLY because Jury System came back !!! Otherwise, things would have been same as 900 AD , and its trendline.

The IMO moral for today is ----- we in India bring Jury System ASAP, Othewise, IMO, we are doomed. There is no way we can match the strength that Jury System gives to the society, manufacturing, economy and Military.
