The word minority should be removed from all law-drafts. And all religions should be treated at par.

And neither vedas nor "minority institutions" should get any govt funding.

Govt doesnt have much money. And there is $300 billion of external debt and some Rs 30 lakh crore (or more) internal debt. And we need more money for Military , Police, Courts etc. So we need to use govt funds to improve Military, Police, Courts, repay debt etc. And after all this, if there is money left, then it is best to reduces taxes rather than use money to funds vedas or minority institution.

And temples get enough money for such activities. That money gets siphoned due to govt control over temple. So those who want funds for cultural , spiritual and religious activities should focus on removing govt control from tempples and not ask govt to give funds.

The reason why Swami Ramdevji gets stuck with inefficient proposals is because Bharat Swabhiman Trust workers dont want to inform Swamiji about problems and law-drafts that can reduce problems. BST-workers want to confine with slogan shouting and rallying only. And thats why Samiji gets struck with such proposals.
