NDTV claims --- Decision to Free Separatist Masarat Alam Taken During Central Rule in Jammu and Kashmir, Reveal Letters.

After looking at letters issued by Home Secretary , Union Govt , and looking at the date , it is clear that NaMo Union Govt didnt take steps necessary to keep Masarat Alam in prison and so as per guidelines, he has to be released.
