One of the procedure we have proposed since long is to do trial by video conferencing when the two asils are in separate districts.

Each person will go to court of his district / tahsil. And Jury will be in one court in one of the two or other district. If the majority Jurors declare that both persons must be brought in person, then they will have to appear in person. Otherwise, they can argue the case from their own Tahsil / District.

How to bring this System?

Once RTR = Right to Recall comes SCCj = Supreme Court Chief judge and HCCj , SCCjs and HCCjs will work to bring this system. So no draft is needed.
