The draft for Jury System in HC and SC is yet to be written

The are two separate drafts I am working for in JurySys for Supreme Court,
.

When trial is admissited in Supreme Court , 1-2 Jurors will be selected at random between age of 35 years and 55 years from EACH district (so total 700-1400 Jurors). The Jurors will NOT go to Delhi but will attend the trial thru video conference in their state capital. So they will need to travel to their state capital. Each state will provide translator which will translate proceedings into State's local language.

Another draft is ---- when trial is admissited in Supreme Court, 5 High Courts will be selected at random and each will run the trial serially, not concurrently, in the chosen order. The judgement of 3 courts will be taken as judgment of supreme courts

I support draft-1. But many find draft-2 better because running a trial across India using video conferencing seems difficult to them. so TCP will decide.

The Jurors will NOT go to State Capital but will attend the trial thru video conference in their District Center . So they will need to travel to their District Center . The language is non issue inside state.

Another draft is ---- when trial is admissited in High Court, 5 District Courts will be selected at random and each will run the trial serially, not concurrently using District Court Jury System , in the chosen order. The judgement of 3 district courts will be taken as judgment of supreme courts
