The extreme criminals should be duely executed , but after trial by Jury or say 100-1500 citizens chosen at random , and after narcotest in public. No one should be executed in "encounter" style proposed by Kumar Vishwas is piece of junk. Allowing policemen to "encounter" criminals without trial by Jury is just open invitation to corruption and rampant atrocities leading to civil war and collapse.

Even Stalin's Russia had elected judges who decided punishments in ALL non-political cases. Even Stalin had wisdom to confine "encounter" to senior political opponents , and not practice it on anyone and everyone.

So dear AAPians , please publicize good law-drafts such as Right to Recall judge and Jury System. and please leave such James Bonds like Kumar Vishwas.
