Horse trading of MLAs , MPs

The solution I propose are
.
1. direct elections of CM , PM 
.
2. Right to Recall CM , RTR-PM (for proposed procedure code , pls seehttps://www.facebook.com/notes/10150422871506922 , and see also section-6.6 of http://rahulmehta.com/301.htm . The RTR-PM and RTR-CM also bring de-facto direct election of PM , CM !!

3. RTR-MLA , RTR-MP --- see https://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=10150425932996922 , and see chap-40 ofhttp://rahulmehta.com/301.htm . RTR-MLA , RTR-MP will enable citizens to expel MLA , MP who are taking bribes abd changing parties.

The solution I propose to all activists is that they should publicize this law-drafts rather than wasting time after CoBhAp / SoMoKe .

How to bring above changes in the system?

The steps I propose to activists is that the activists should request 45 crore voters of India send " http://tinyurl.com/PrintTCP " to MP via SMS. TCP draft is different from RTR-PM , RTR-MLA etc But once TCP is printed, it will be much easier for all activists to get RTR-PM, RTR-CM, RTR-MP and RTR-MLA printed in Gazette and end the horse trading of MLA.
