IOW , AAP / ArKe were never against horse-trading of MLAs. They only created a fake show that they oppose horse-trading of MLAs.

Solution I propose is that the activists who oppose horse-trading of MLAs should stop wasting time after ArKe / AAP and publicize the law-drafts which can stop horse trading of MLAs / MPs .

The law-drafts I propose to reduce horse-trading or MP / MLA are

1. Direct election of PM / CM
.
2. Right to Recall over PM / CM
.
3. RTR over MP / MLA
.
4. TCP so that PM / CM can bypass MPs / MLAs and get law made DIRECTLY via YES of citizens.
