So if you want "juvenile" who murdered the poor delhi girl in delhi 16-dec-2012 bus case, to be hangeded asap , then please send following order to MP via SMS

The order is to pass individual specific law , which is very much legal, to hag all the criminals in 16-dec-2012 delhi bus case aka nirbhaya case including the juvenile criminal. It is perfectly legal for Parliament to pass an individual specific law. Also, Speaker of Loksabha has power to order Chief of Army Staff as well Police Chief of any State to execute any criminal. And order of speaker , passed with support of majority of MPs, cannot be challanged in any court of law. So the excuse that "hanging must wait till case and appeals in supreme court end" is friviolous. In any case , what courts do and dont can be dealt with later. The courts can stop MPs from passing individual specific law to hang all criminals of nibhaya case asap including the juvenile criminal. So pass the individual specific law to hang all the criminals asap".

The Parliament hereby orders Delhi Police Commissioner to hang all the criminals in delhi 16-dec-2012 bus case aka nirbhaya case including the juvenile criminal within 3 days affer passing of this law. The Police Commissioner is further ordered NOT to consider stay issued by any authority including High Court or Supreme Court or any court in this matter.
