A reality check --- NaMo has till date REFUSED to lower the age of juvenile even in serious sexual violent crimes from 18 years to 16 years. And SoGa / Arke have both supported NaMo's decision to keep age 18 years.

Pls do a reality check. It was ABV / Jetley, who after getting bribes from Saudi Arabia , printed juvenile justice act in year 2000. which says "if any male below 18 years commits any crime, no matter how henious crime, and number of crimes --- the punishment will be only 3 years".

NaMo had never opposed this law. And he never opposed this law when he was CM. Maneka Gandhi opposed the law ONLY after 1000s of activists sent orders to MPs via SMS to lower the age to 16 years for sexual violent crimes.

But till date, NaMo has NOT even put amendment legislation in Loksabha !!

And SoGA / ArKe too have supported that age should be kept 18 years.

All NaMo-andhbhagats, SoGa-andhbhagats and ArKe-andhbhagats insist that SoMoKe MUST NOT be asked to lower the age to 16 years. None have sent order to their MP via SMS to lower the age .

We are right to recall group started campaign in jan-2013 to send orders to MP via SMS to lower the age,.

Due to our campaign,. some 20000+ voters did send order to MP via SMS to lower the juvenile age. To take the wind out of the campaign, NaMo did a dirty drama. He merely sent a proposal to Parliament Committee to lower the age, and paidmedia was paid to report that law has been changed !!! So our campaign died. We are trying to re-start the campaign.
