For many, politics means nothing except reading aloud what TV-channels have to say on Sonia or Rahul Gandhi or Advani or Modi or Jetley or lately The Anna. The rest of the country can go to hell. For them, patriotism begins and ends with opposing Sonia\Rahul or protecting democracy begins and ends with opposing LKA\Modi.

Thru out this Janlokpal reality show, they could not get past the notion that "Newspapers say that Sonia is opposing Janlokpal and so we must support Janlokpal". They refused to see the cold fact that real beneficiary of Janlokpals are MNC-owners, and real losers are not corrupt politicians but middle/small businesses and industrial units who will die as Janlokpals will threaten IAS/Ministers to support MNC-owners against small/middle businesses . They refused to see that real beneficiaries of Janlokpal draft were Missionaries because after Janlokpal comes, they can take over several temples' wealth by merely bribing 11 Janlokpals. But hell with all these nitty-gritty details --- for them Janlokpal was good because newspapers told them that Sonia opposed it.

And they failed to see that elite section of Congress wanted Lokpal !! Which is why they added Lokayukt section so that they can impose MNC-owners' control over States via Lokayukts. The original demand of The Anna did not demand Lokayukt in same law as Lokpal draft. There was never a public demand for Lokayukt (or even Lokpal for that matter). Then what promoted Congress to add Lokayukt section? But why bother with all these details. Support Janlokpal no matter how much damage it can cause to India --- just because newspapers say that Sonia is against Janlokpal !!
