Devi Indira Amma's decision to impose emergency was DEAD WRONG. That does not mean everyone who opposed emergency was right and a saint !!

I and many opposed SoGa for her attempts to promote buffalo-hatya and export of buffalo-meat . That does NOT mean that everyone who opposes SoGa is a good person. For that matter, NaMo opposed SoGa , and how export of buffalo-meat and slaughter of buffalos has only increased !!!!

Likewise, I and many opposed MMS for 50% FDI in Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor of Railways , and other FDI. That does NOT mean that all those who opposed NaMo are right persons. eg NaMo opposed MMS, but on issue of FDI, NaMo is 5*MMS !!

Likewise, I and many opposed Raghuram Ghazani's proposal of moving temple gold into RBI and from RBI to Rothschilde. Subramanian Swamy opposed Raghuram Ghazani and that does NOT mean SuSwa is right. SuSwa is now openly supporting NaMo's proposal of Gold Monetization Scheme which implements Raghuram Ghazani's vision.

Same way, emergency was wrong. But many who opposed emergency were not right.

1. Ramnath Goenka was funded by CIA to run anti-Indira campaign from 1971. Devi Indira Amma was wrong on many counts. But that doesnt mean that USA's puppy Goenka was wrong. (Ramnath Goenka owned Indian Express and back then Indian Express had over 50% share in English as well as Hindi / Gujarati and many regional newspapers)

2. None opposed ridiculous judgment of corrupt judge Jagmohanlal Sinha. His judgment was nothing but a CIA job. The judgment was all wrong but all anti-India folks shamelessly supported the WRONG judgment

3. Devi Indira's decision of population control was right, though steps she took were all wrong. His opponents, NaMo included, refuse to print laws to control population !!!! So Devi Indira Amma was wrong, bu that doesnt not mean that her opponents are right.

All in all, Devi Indira Amma opposed FDI , opposed USA' product patent law, divided Pakistan against wish of USA , nationalized banks against wish of USA and Indian elitemen, nationalized coal India against wish of UK and Indian elitemen, and then did Pokharan-1 against wish of USA , USSR and China,. All these steps were done for Indian interests . So USA decided to pull her down, and shameless folks like Indian judges and Ramnath Goenka colluded with USA. Devi Indira Amma had option of using Jury System and RTR, in which case, citizens would have simply got rid of corrupt judges and ensured that traitors like Ramnath Goenka get weakened. But Devi Indira Amma has this serious flaw ---- she was anti-Jury and also anti-RTR . So when CIA started anarchy via judges and paidmedia , she asked Sanjay Goonda, IAS / IPS , Youth Congress Goondas to suppress opposition to her. Most of these people started collecting bribes and did 100 times more suppression that what was needed.

This is a key difference between IAS / IPS / politicians and Jurors / Voters. When Jurors and Voters are given power to deal with anarchists via Jury Trial and RTR, the Jurors and Voters only MINIMAL force needed and never use power to extort bribes. But when IAS / IPS / politicians are given power to suppress anarchists, they misuse the power to extort bribes from businessmen , factory owners etc who are not even 1% anarchists !!! But sadly , Devi Indira Amma never understood this ABCD of misuse of power.

Today, chances of emergency are near zero, because NaMo has agreed to implement USA's proposals of FDI , patent laws, even surrogacy laws etc. But in case NaMo opposes FDI , then USA can easily force Vanazara to give one line confession that "encounter was done because NaMo ordered me to do so". And then NaMo will have no option but

1. either resign
.
2. or implement Jury System and RTR ---- voters will then expel the judge and cancel his judgments

3. use emergency like force

But none of that will happen, because NaMo is not going to oppose USA's proposals of FDI, FDI and more and more FDI.
