How spreading information on RTR , JurySys , TCP (aka referendum), wealth tax, "multi-elections" aka will FORCE SoGa / NaMo / ArKe , paid-journalists etc to speak about these concepts and FURTHER spread awareness, and possible
.
Pls carefully read following scnearios, because it involves ITERATIONS.
.
.
scenario-A
=========
.
1. Lets say there are 20 lakh RSS-workers in India .(RSS is just an example ---- the scenario will apply on all organizations such as AAP , Congress , BJP etc)
.
2. only 100 out of 20 lakhs know about RTR . And these 100 know that only 100 out of 20 lakh know about RTR.
.
3. NaMo refuses to even mention RTR , speak for or against. (again , Namo is only example --- same case applies on ArKe , Mohan Bhagawat, PriGa \ SoGa etc)
.
4. These 100 will NOT feel short changed and will NOT feel negative . Because they know that only 100 out of 20 lakhs consider this as important issue
.
But now consider following scenario
.
scenario-B
=========
.
1. Lets say there are 20 lakh RSS-workers in India .
.
2. say 1 lakh out of 20 lakh know about RTR . And these 1 lakh know that 1 lakh of 20 lakh know about RTR.
.
3. NaMo refuses to even mention RTR , speak for or against.
.
4. Now all these 1 lakh will feel shortchanged and feel negative !!! They will feel that "issue was important to 5% of us , and so why was it not addressed?"
.
IOW, as more % of audience knows about RTR, the pressure on speaker to address that concept increases more than linearly.
.
=====
.
So two things are important.
.
1 N people should know about RTR
.
2. N people MUST know that at least N people know about RTR !!
.
In absence of (2) , each of the N will think "well, the issue was NOT important to even n% of us, and so why blame leader if he didnt address it?"
.
To ensure that "N persons know that N persons know about RTR" , I will pubish action list i.e. what should RTR-supporters do to ensure that withoyt centralized system, people know how many people support RTR.
