IAC-apex says that if Lokpal is corrupt, SCjs will expel him. Well we already have law that if MP is corrupt, HCjs/SCjs can imprison them and thus they will be expelled. for which they do not need permission of anyone . But what we always see that HCjs never prosecute corrupt MPs and let them walk away. So this "SCjs will punish corrupt Lokpals" as USELESS as existing "HCjs will imprison corrupt MPs" law. Thats why we MUST demand Janlokpal with Right to Recall corrupt Lokpal clauses.
