Nitish has been an RTR "supporter" since 1970 !! He has been MP, MLA, CM most of these 40 years. But he never proposed any RTR draft in Parliament or Assembly !! And even now, he refuses to give draft for RTR-MLA , RTR-MP procedures. Will he propose draft in next lifetime? Thank God, my RTR drafts are sufficient to expose such fake, fraud and phonies.
