The advertisement explains how can 100,000 EVMs be rigged by putting a tricky program in chip. The details are on http://rahulmehta.com/evm.htm . In this advertisement, I also gave a solution. A solution is that activists can put 65 candidates in each seat. The EVM can accommodate only 64 candidates and so if 65 candidates are contesting, the collector , as mentioned in the election manual, will have to use paper ballot. I was later contacted by activists across India. One effect was that in nov-2010 when Telangana Rastriya Samiti was contesting 6 Assembly seats, it fielded 65 candidates and so paper ballot had to be used. Congress lost all six of them !!!

I and my colleagues at RRP are the ONLY activists in India who are informing citizens about how EVMs can be rigged. All political leaders of Congress, BJP, RSS, CPM, IAC, IAC-party etc ask activists NOT to inform citizens about how easy it is rig EVMs at large scales. Anna and Arvind Gandhi too have both supports EVMs !! And Subramanian Swamy only did court-room drama on EVMs. He refused to tell activists that by placing 65 candidates, collector can be forced to use paper ballots. Because of Subramanian Swamy’s time-wasting court-drama, EVMs are still being used in India
