MMS has signed a treaty with swiss govt that will prohibit Indian Govt from asking for information on transactions done by black money hoarders before Jan-1-2012 !! So those who have accounts in Swiss can move it to near by country like Luxumberg or Liechesten and thus protect all their black money in Europe.
