Bhagat Singh and his colleagues had released manifesto of Hindustan Republican Army on Jan-1-1925 , in which they had said "In (new) Republic the electors shall have the right to recall their representatives, if so desired, otherwise the democracy shall become a mockery." IOW, they had demanded RTR way back in 1925. And The Team says -- do not work on RTR till Lokpal is passed. Shame on those who still support The Team. Pls see the full text at
