Why SoMOKe's RTE is a total nonsense
.
RTE aka Right to Education is law-draft that is dearest to SoMoKe = SoGa / NaMo / ArKe, one and the same thing. Here is how SoMoKe plan to ruin school owners as well as education using RTE
.
1. RTE as per SoMoKe will NOT apply on schools run by Missionaries !!!
.
2. The schools under Central as well as State Govt , and which fall under RTE, cant fail students till class-VIII. So schools owned by Hindus will have pass all students till class-VIII while Missionary schools will be allowed to fail students. So students in Hindu schools will have no pressure to learn and teachers in Hindu schools will have NO pressure to teach and ensure that students do pass. Whereas Missionary schools by failing students , will be able to keep a hanging sword on their heads will manage to force students to study. So quality of Missionary schools will be become better !!!

3. Hindu schools are required to take 25% poor students. So their fees for non-poor students will go up by about 33% !!! So the Missionary schools will be cheaper. Also, many elitemen dont want their kids to study with poor kids for whatever reason and so they too may move their kids to Missionary schools.

Sooner or later, many not so rich school owners will be forced to sell away their schools due to so called RTE
.

And to make matter worse, SoMoKe are planning to handover govt schools to so called NGOs !!! And new govt schools are coming under so called private public partnership i.e. govt will give money and private NGOs will run schools !! To that , add the fact that all students must pass till class-VIII !!!.So all govt money will go to NGO-men , who will be relatives of CoBhAp-Ministers , IAS and / or with families who can blackmail Ministers / IAS. And poorest quality of education will be gauranteed.
