The ad was given in jan-2012, in which I had expressed fear that Bangladeshies may attack on Asamese people anyday (and this actually happened in jub-2012, when lakhs of Bangladeshies attacked Bodos and evicted 200,000 Bodos from their land, and captured their plots as well as whole villages in some cases). I had also given solution to the mess i.e. what drafts can we print in gazette so that problem can be reduced,

I and my colleagues at RRP are the ONLY activists in India who are informing citizens about RTR-Gazette-drafts to expel Bangladeshi etc.

All political leaders of Congress, BJP, RSS, CPM, IAC, IAC-party etc ask activists NOT to inform citizens about gazette-drafts by which Bangladeshi problem can be reduced. And most MPs including BJP MPs, have opposed the proposal to print drafts necessary to identify\expel Bangladeshies. The Anna and Arvind Gandhi both have openly supported Bangladeshies and opposed their expulsion from India.

The Problem of Illegal Immigration of Bangladeshies, its seriousness and how mere Rs 200 cr expenditure can solve the problem

Approximately, there are 1 crore Bangladeshies in India. And in some Tahsils, they are now in majority.

Seriousness : (1) If the population keeps increasing, then events of 1947 may repeat. eg in Deganga Tahsil of West Begngal, after riots in sep-2010, the local had to leave that Tahsil (2)If there is India China war, and if China manages to ship thousands of AK-47, grenades and rocket launchers to them, then there may be 10000 Kasabs overnight. (3)If they block chicken neck area, then Indian Army may not be able to reach Asam, and all Indians there may get slaughtered

Why did situation worsen : (1A)since 1991, several NGOs in West Bengal get grants from Saudi Arabia, and these NGOs pay bribe of Rs 10000 to Tahsildaar and get them fake Ration Card, Voter Card etc (1B)They provide cheap labor (1c) The Bangladeshies are also useful in smuggling kerosene, diesel, cows from India into Bangladesh ; so local leaders and officers etc make billions of rupees and so they all invite Bangladeshies in their area. (2) The Indian dis-intellectuals (ku-buddheejeevies) claim that it is impossible to distinguish between Indian and Bagladeshies and so this problem should not be discussed and should be forgotten

Question : How can we commons reduce the mess without help of political parties, dis-intellectuals and using Govt machinery

Solution : If citizens can force PM to print following clauses in the Gazette Notification next month, then problem of illegal immigration can be reduced in mere 6 months. The details are given in chap-31-33 of http://rahulmehta.com/301.htm

1. Police Commissioner can obtain phonebills. And narrow down the persons who are calling Bangladesh often and also get several calls from Bangladesh. The Police Commissioner can post their names and pictures on web. And then announce award of Rs 100,000 to his close relatives in Bangladesh who can provide their blood samples. By comparing DNAs, one can prove to Jury that accused is close blood relative of a Bangladeshi. Later, using Narco Test in public further confirmation can be made before Jurors

2. Citizens should force PM\CM to print clauses in Gazette which will enable citizens to have Right to Recall Police Commissioner. Without RTR Police Commissioner, Commissioner will remain lazy

3. Get clauses printed in Gazette that if the person is proven to be Bangladeshi, he can be imprisoned

4.Today if a non-citizen applies for passport, the law has provision for prison sentence. Such clauses should be added in laws for ration-card, voter card

5. Citizens should bring Right to Recall PM, Right to Recall CM, Right to Recall Lokpal, RTR MP etc clauses in Gazette. Only when Right to Recall comes, will PM, CM etc take interest in the problem of citizens. Ku-buddheejives (dis-intellectuals) say that Right to Recall is expensive. They are all liars and frauds. Pls see section-6.6. ofhttp://rahulmehta.com/301.htm for Right to Recall PM or Right to Recall Supreme Court Chief judge procedure. The cost is only Rs 250 cr and drops to mere Rs 5 crore when SMS/ATM based system comes. Likewise, Right to Recall MP costs only Rs 2 lakh to Rs 50 lakh (plus cost of re-election) only. Now when Right to Recall comes, the behavior of leader, judge, IAS etc improves and so Right to Recall is sparingly needed. Thus claims made by Advani, Subramanian Swamy that Right to Recall will bring instability are all lies.

Once 5000 Bangladeshies are imprisoned, the over 95% will flee back. After that, means by which inflow can be later reduced are given in chap-31 of above link.
