Many people ask me "How will you force PM to print RTI2 or RTR-PM in Gazette Notification.". And what would taking the proposals to commons gain?

Finally, I found what I think is least imperfect answer

1. The aim behind my actions is to inform all citizens that RTI2 and RTR-PM etc drafts are worth printing in Gazette . Why?

2. If citizens decide that the drafts are not worth printing, then, THE END

3. But say majority of citizens agree that draft are worth printing. Then it is possible that majority of citizens will also agree that if the PM dont print these drafts in Gazette, then PM deserves a visit from Mahatma Udham Singh.

Now Mahatma Udham will visit PM only if majority of citizens want\approve Mahatma Udham Singh to visit. And if majority want Mahatma Udham Singh to visit, them one Mahatma Udham Singh will surely visit PM.

And once Mahatma Udham Singh visits PM, PM (or next PM) will surely print RTI2\RTR-PM etc in Gazette.

So why am I am taking RTI2 etc proposals to crores of citizens? Why not take it to Mahatma Udham Singhs only? Well, Mahatma Udham Singh will act on wish and will of majority of Indian citizens only and no one else. Mahatma Udham Singh will never work for money, and if he decides to work, he will not charge a penny. Mahatma Udham Singh is very intelligent and rational, and cannot be influenced by media-hype. Mahatma Udham Singh will also not listen to poetry and become emotional and act. He will listen to voice of the Commons and commons only. So there are no short cuts. To convince Mahatma Udham Singh to visit PM, you must convince citizens to ask Mahatma Udham Singh to visit PM. And thats why, we want to convince majority of Indian citizens that RTI2 etc should be printed in Gazette, and if he doesnt, then we want citizens to appeal to Mahatma Udham Singh that he should visit PM.
