Lynching of accused in Nagaland is an outcome of growing corruption in judges and activists decision to confine to SoMoKe-andhbhakti and oppose law-drafts needed to improve courts (because SoMoKe oppose them).

Even if the accused was criminal (which we now may never know) and he was illegal immigrant, then also, his mob lynchinh BEFORE jury trial and without narcotest in public was a WRONG event. The accused should have been imprisoned for 10 years in prison , and / or hanged, but AFTER a Jury Trial and after narcotest in public.

The mess is because in past too many criminals walksed due to corruption in judges and sluggishness of courts. So population gets infuriated and resorts to such mob actions.

Solution I propose is increase number of courts from 20000 to 200,000 , Right to recall judges, RTR District Police Chiefs , Jury System etc.But sadly, activists in India oppose these law-drafts because SoMoKe oppose these law-drafts. And activists want to confine to SoMoKe-andhbhakati and not work to increase number of courts , reduce corruption in judges etc.
