Why mob action is ALWAYS wrong
.
The "bangladeshi" man who killed in Nagaland has one brother working in Army !! So I think that the man who died was an INDIAN Bengali Muslim and NOT a Bangladeshi illegal immigrant.

The solution I have proposed (SoMoKe , SoMoKe-andbhagats always oppose) is ---- (1) increase number of courts from 20000 to 2 lakhs (2) Jury Trial by 100-500 Jurors and (3) narcotest in public in case of crimes against women . (4) Expel Bangladeshi.
.
The Bangladeshis are criminals and due to them, now innocent INDIAN Bengali Muslims are getting wrongly punished.
.
The solutions I propose will ensure that guilty do get punished , innocent do not get punished, guilty do NOT walk away and innocents do walk away ; and all that in just 1-2 months or just a few weeks.
.
Sadly , SoMoKe insist on trial by corrupt / nepotic judges , oppose laws needed to expel judges , make patent 300 days isnt enough even to increase number of courts, oppose narcitest in cases of crimes against women etc. And their andbhagats insist on confining to wear caps , masks, and wearing suits with golden stripes with name of their God emroderied in the stripe. Just as many sadhu wear cloth with name "ram" or "krinsha" over it !!!

The corrupt judges let criminals walk away. SoMoKe worsen things further by making North East a safe heaven for Bangladeshis. And so restless population resorts to mob action. And mob kills more innocents than real guilty !!!

And as time goes, SoMoKe-andbhagats are degenerating from cap/mask wearing monkeys to cap/ask wearing reptiles !!! Everyday , their opposition to Jury System , narcotest in public, and even increasing number of courts grows !!
.
Now these SoMoKe-andbhagats insist that the juvenile criminal who murdered nirbhaya should be set free on 20-dec-2015 because SoMoKe insist that he should be set free !! And SoMoke oppose changing juvenile law and reduce age to 16 years from 18 years !!
.
Result? Next time a juvenile does crime, we will see a mob running into juvenile home and setting him on fire !! And worse, many more innocents will die than guilty ones !!!
