Below is video of Late Shri Rajeev Dixitjee who quotes Mamta Banerjee. Mamta said in Parliament that killing cows and eating beef is her Fundamental Right !!! The mess is because we citizens dont have procedure by which we can blacklist a person from occupying any post. If we had such procedure , Mamta would have NEVER ever dared ti make such a statement.

In anycase, can some go thru Parliament record and get the date when she made the statement?

One reason why she made such statement was to ensure that Saud\Missionary funded TV-channels and newspapers support her. A lot of TV-channels and newspapers in India are funded by Saud money and missionary money. Such TV-channels and newspapers project a leader only after that leaders beats "secular" (p-sec in reality) drums, and what can be more secular than openly equating beef eating as "fundamental right"?

Solution I propose is to print a Gazette Notification which will enable us citizens to blacklist a person from occupying any post in Govt. Once such Gazette Notification comes, no matter how much incentives Saud\Missionaries offer, no leader will ever dare to make such nonsensical statements.

And btw, what Mamta said was utter nonsense. IOW, Constitution has cow-laughter-prohibition as one of the Directive Principle.

Surely, Mamta knows about this. She has many lawyer colleagues who would have told this to her. But her desire to get support from Saud\Missionary funded media is what has made speak an ugly lie.
