China \ USA have satellite watch over senstive borders across world and they would have noticed movement of our soldiers right away. And they would have informed Myanmar Govt within minutes after our soldiers started to move inside Myanmar. So the story that "Myanmar Govt knew much later" is just a PR work.

And if Myanmar Govt was not informed , then there is a serious risk that Myanmar Army can strike against our soldiers who were moving inside Myanmar border. Thats a serious risk that GoI simply cant afford to take.

So all this talk that Myanmar Govt was informed after the operation is only PR work.

GoI has to FIRST take assurance from Myanmar Govt that Myanmar Govt will not strike against our soldiers. Only after that, our soldiers can move in.

Coming back to REAL question ----- what caused change in stand of Myanmar Govt? Why is Myanmar Govt now taking anti-NSCN (NSCN = National Socialist Council of Nagaland) stand and pro-India stand? What MATERIAL factors has caused the change.
