Clash of administrative / court systems --- NOT clash of religions , NOT clash of civilization and NOT clash of leaders etc.

Clashes between individuals due to self interest is natural. And so can be clash between groups. But clash between group-A and group-B go on and on and on because individuals in group-A prefer to remain in group-A and individuals in group-B prefer to remain in group-B and they dont want groups to merge. One reason why they dont want to merge is because the group-apex of one group will lose its apex position. But that IMO is minor reason. The major reason --- the groups follow different administrative / court systems to decide legal rights and decide punishments.

The different court /administrative systems are :-
.
1) Gathering --- every person in an area will meet periodically say one a week at one place at one time to resolve dispute; eg Islam
.
2a) Rule by Inheritance --- son of chief becomes next chief
.
2b) Election , without recall
.
2c) Election with recall
.
2d) Oligarchy of unmarried ---- eg Catholic Church , RSS
.
3a). Discretionary selection of officers (or interviews)
.
4b). Recruitment of officers by written and other exams
.
4a) Judge system
.
4b) Jury System
.
And many more. And some are combination of two or more.

A group of individuals such as nation will need more than one such procedures to run itself. Some procedures can co-exist with others, while some are conflicting, eg judge system and Jury System contradict each other and one will always try to fish the other. Likewise , "Oligarchy of Unmarried" and "Election with recall" dont get along and one will try to finish the other. But Election with recall and Jury System can co-exist. Gathering and Jury System can co-exist, and so forth.

Now say two groups of individuals grow. Then they will collide, no exceptions. Here comes my superstition aka axiom ---- the strength will depend solely on administrative / court system they follow and NOT depend on religion , beliefs, ideology etc.

And if both groups are practing equally good court / admin system s, then neither will win and they will continue with uneasy peace.
.
But if group-A practices better administrative / court systems, then that group-A will become stronger.
.
Here, group-B will have two choices. It can accept administrative / court systems of group-A and become stronger and survive. OR , it can continue with its inferior court / administrative systems and let group-A become stronger and stronger.
.
And then group-A will exterminate group-B or enslave group-B or will assimilate group-B at a lower rank in heirarchy . No mercy. No exception.

All clashes of history can be FULLY explained using clash of above mentioned administrative systems !!!
