The corporates-owners such as MNC-owners pay huge fees to relatives of Supreme Court judges. Using them, they ensure that certain matters, if presented by a common men, will get dismissed. And when same matter is presented by a person whom MNCs etc want to install as a leader, will get successfully entertained and thus credit will go to that " new leader".

Subramanian Swamy is classic case. He works for US lobbies who own judges. In 2008, there was PIL against 2G allocations and judges dismissed it. And when same PIL was presented by Swamy in 2009, the lobbies which own judges, ensured that it becomes a success. This way, the US lobbies have managed to create a good opinion of Subramanian Swamy in the minds of activists, who dont know that most judges' relatives lawyers are paid by these corporate lobbies.
