The Outside Story of 2G judgment

This is NO inside story ... because whatever that has happened is all in public. The Supreme Court judge Ganguly refused to imprison or fine Raja. Nor did he issue any order to recover the bribe money paid to Raja, Sonia, MMS, Chidamabaram. But he ordered TRAI to cancel licences of Uninor and Siesta, the two telco which are not only giving cheapest cell phone services but also forcing other established companies like Vodafone , Airtel etc to reduce prices.

So once Uninor and Sista are kicked out, Vodafone can retain the same prices and thus ensure that their profits dont decrease.

First , we had Chief justice Kapadia giving Rs 11000 crore of tax favor Vodafone. Now we have judge Ganguly helping Vodafone by killing cheap Telephone companies. Looks like our judges work Vodafone and not forOx India

And S Swamy -- little said better. SS is the same man who who went against Indira Gandhi for Pokharan-1 and went after ABV for pokharan-2. I wont be surprised his entire media campaign was paid by Vodafone, Airtel, Idea and other incumbents who were losing due to Uninor.

My take is ---- we should do narco-test of A Raja in public and find out how much money Rajam Sonia, MMS, PC etc made and recover the money from their Swiss bank accounts. And we should fine bribe-payers by equal amount and imprison the persons who gave and took bribes. But cancelling licenses of Uninor only damages Indian customers and benefits expensive companies like Vodafone. This should not happen.

Also, it is time we expel ALL foreign companies from telecommunication, and have PRIVATE or Govt-owned Indian companies only. And all equipment in telco should be made in India including the chips. Why? Because if we are using made in US or made in China equipment, then during war, these countries can blackmail us with "obey our demands or else we will shut down your telephone network". Or they can also sell out to enemy. (eg During recent Libya-USA war, France had shut down a huge portion Libyan telephone network after USA promised a portion of oil-wells to France).

Strangely, S Swamy is supporting use of made in US telephone equipment in India !! This is despite the fact that USA is the biggest enemy of India and Hinduism, and is hell bent on converting whole world (including India) into Christianity. All this shows where loyalty of SS lies
