Vodafone spends 100s of crores of rupees in advertisement.

And recently, justice Kapadia caused loss of Rs 11000 crores of tax money to India and benefitted Vodafone by same amount.

Every newspaper called it as landmark judgment, praised as honest judgment and recommended that Kapadia should get nobel prize in justice.

Add these 3 facts and see how news flow in the "Paid News of India".

Say you are newspaper owner named as Samir Jain and own Paid Times of India. Say I am Vodafone chairman. I am giving you Rs 50 crore of advertisement every year. Say you decide to tell the truth to people of India that Vodafone judgment is defunct. I will call you on your cell phone and tell you that I will cancel ALL your advertisements in newspaper. What you gonna do?

Next say you are an economist (say Swaminathan S Anlesaria Aiyer). You are famous ONLY because your column comes in Paid Times of India . You decide to tell truth to people of India that Kapadia's Vodafone judgment is rotten. I am Vodafone chairman. I dont have time to call small people like you. So I wont call you. But I will tell Samir Jain, owner of Paid Times of India that "pls make sure that ALL yr columnists are praising this judgment". So Samir Jain will call you (the economist) and tell you "See boss, economists like you are dime a dozen. Swaminathan like you are also dime a dozen. Aiyer like you are also dime a dozen. So you better praise the judgment in next 24 hours, or else I will cancel your column and have some other economist or some other Aiyer or some other Swaminathan or some other Anklesaria to write column". Now what you gonna do?

Next say you are His Highness Kapadia. I am Vodafone chairman. I will tell you "I am giving Rs 1000 crore of advertisement money to newspapers all over India. You give good judgment and all newspapers will praise you. And if you give judgment against me, I will ask ALL newspaper to write that you are a corrupt judge. And if you give a good judgment, I will also make sure you get posting in International Court of Justice. ". What you gonna do?

Solution is to print Right to Recall Doordarshan Chairman draft in Gazette. And also print a Gazette Notification that DD will NOT take any advertisement from anyone. And also print a GN that if any reporter of DD takes any money from anyone, and if Jury has reason to suspect, that reporter will face narco test in public. This will create one honest media. And so this honest media will report "dekho kapadia ne desh ko kaisa chunaa lagayaa, voh bhi Rs 11000 crore kaa". And then all paid media will have to shut up and report the same.

Also, we should print Right to Recall Supreme Court judges in Gazette.

And please note how defunct ALL leaders are. If Modi had give a favor of Rs 11000 crore to Vodafone at the cost of India, every secular like Sonia, Pranav etc would have raised hell. If Raja or Sonia had given favor of Rs 11000 crore of favor to Vodafone, then every patriot like S Swamy, Arun Shourie, Arun Jetley, LKA etc would have raised hell. And here Kapadia has favored Vodafone at the cost of India, and every leader such as S Swamy, Sonia, Pranav, Arun Shourie, Arun Jetley etc are all praising the judge and the judgment. Are these leaders working for India or working for Vodafone and other MNCs?
