Why we citizens of MUST have Right to Recall Supreme Court Chief judge
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Honorable Chief Justice Kapadia wants to become judge in International Court of Justice. The recruitment in International Court of Justice is done by MNC-owners. And therefore, Kapadia is favoring MNC-owners who can get him this position, even if this ...ruins India. In one shot, due to his nexuses with MNC-owners, Honorable Justice Kapadia has caused a damage of Rs 11000 cr of to India. How? By giving a ridiculous judgment that if sale of Indian company occurs outside India, the buyer or seller needs to pay no taxes !! The loss of Rs 11000 crore will add up to loss of over Rs 40000 cr as there are at least 10 such similar cases pending. And many people will now take this route and so losses will further increase. By all means, with one judgment Honorable Justice Kapadia has committed a scam almost of the size of 2G.
The mess is because we commons of India dont have procedure to recall/replace Supreme Court judges. Since 1998, I have been demanding/campaigning for Right to Recall Supreme Court judges, which IMO, is must to reduce rot in Supreme Court. But sadly, the activists get swayed away by calls of people like The Anna, The Chote Annas, Subramanian Swamy, Pranav Mukherjee, Sonia Gandhi, Advani etc who ask activists to oppose Right to Recall Supreme Court judges procedure. Due to such activist leaders and their andh-bhakts, RTR movement is not progressing at the rate it could have, and we still dont have RTR Supreme Court judges. And so we have judges like Kapadia doing immense financial damage to India to get promotions.
Honorable Justice Kapadia once said that people of India think that 80% judges are corrupt. Well, with judgments like these, people should think that 110% judges are corrupt
