Dear Recallists , why should "click this cover picture to see law-drafts I support" should NOT be at top of cover picture? Why it placed in the BOTTOM 33% of the space of the cover picture?

Hint-1 --- It depends on FB layout. But as of now, FB is God or FB is devil bigger than God. And so we need to adjust to FB !!! '

Hint-2 --- please see my profile. What would have you see if the line "click this cover picture to see law-drafts I support" was at atop, and some other lines were in bottom 33% of space?
